Very helpful team and some good…
Very helpful team and some good discounts for specific e cigar product that they are the main supplier for. Richard is great and keeps me updated about supply of the products and does his best to keep a stock in to fulfill my orders. Hope they are able to still supply this product going forward otherwise.
Delivery is very quick and the products have always arrived intact and ready to use.

Brilliant, just brilliant
The liquid is of consistently great quality and the customer service second to none. Delivery is always fast and reliable.
However - and this is not meant in a negative way - may I suggest you reinforce the top and bottom edges of the jiffy bags with extra packing tape as often the bags are torn open and arrive in a Royal Mail plastic bag. One one occasion all the contents had fallen out and some was lost. You were kind enough to replace the loss free of charge. The last order had suffered the same fate but, thankfully, nothing was missing. We have been customers for many years in the past and will remain for many years to come; we are so impressed with everything you do that we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
