Econet Wireless Avis 

Its about smart for you issue. One time you are eligible, the next time the option is just removed even if you have done nothing. What's going on with this Smart4U that everyone can't access but we are all loyal customers of econet. Is this being fair after all the years of being loyal. Why can't everyone have access to it and why is it that this time am eligible and then l just woke up the option not there. Zviri kumbofamba sei asi kuEconet kwenyu ikoko.

Absolutely appalling.
No working network most of the time.
Can’t even make a WhatsApp call for longer than a minute. I can’t work, the signal drops for 30mins - 1hr at a time…even when I have signal and bars it still doesn’t work.
The signal never used to be this bad in my area but the last few months have been shocking. Netone looks like a better choice now.

Poor service, I was using a smartsuite sim registered in my name and later after 5 months said is not registered take ID to the econet shop.

I had airtime, USD2.72, that had an expiry date of 9 April 2026. At 18:00, the airtime was said to have expired, 6 hours before 00:00. I am disappointed with Econet for literally 'robbing' me of USD2,72.

This network is the worst network not only in Zimbabwe,I can safely say the whole world, the reason we are stuck with this stupid network is because of ecocash, especially the customer service even in hell you can get better services, what's the reason of having a customer service when no one can access it?you are put on hold for 30 minutes and most of the time it's dropped without talking to anyone

This network is now poor itsbhard to make calls and sometimes during a phone it just ends the call and writes call failed. The calls break and the data just depletes too fast. Its now poor service

Econet Avondale is a joke. They have 1 teller to assist over 30 people. When you arrive they will tell you to give your number and you receive a ticket number. Mine said I am number 7 in line and would take approximately 8mins. After waiting for more than hour hour, each person in the shop is losing their patience. SHOCKING SERVICE

Avoid at All Costs – Overpriced and Completely Unreliable

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the absolute worst when it comes to internet service. They charge insanely high prices for what can only be described as a glorified dial-up connection—except dial-up was at least consistent.

The internet barely works when you need it. Streaming? Forget it. Working from home? Be prepared to explain to your boss why your connection keeps dropping every 5 minutes. Even simple browsing feels like stepping back into the early 2000s. Meanwhile, they have no problem charging premium rates for this garbage-tier service.

Customer service? Non-existent. If you ever manage to get through their eternal hold music, expect excuses, useless troubleshooting, and empty promises that "someone will look into it." Spoiler: No one ever does.

Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Go with literally ANY other provider. This company is a joke.

The Girls at the counter are really helpful, but that's about all. Coverage is very bad, in same parts you don't even have any connection at all & this for the prize what your bundle costs. They have a long way to go! You will never get an answer from Econet.

Econet roaming bunndle is the biggest disappointment. I put a roaming bundle going out of the country & the roaming never activated whilst I was away. On return I requested for my credit to be moved to voice but never got my credit back. How can this be ok?

They have so many services,and ALL of them do not work.They steal airtime credit,they do not respond to customer queries.The worst telecoms company in the world.
