So disappointed with a particular product. Invisi seemless bikini. (Not French cut as the title has described) I have not enjoyed any of my experiences with this company.
I purchased their invisi seamless bikini ,I had done a lot of research as an autistic person and their reviews were good( all bots or staff I presume) after 3/4 wears and washes they stretched so much I couldn’t wear them. I reached out and was told that this was normal, I asked why I wasnt told, as I wouldn’t have purchased. My support coordinator contacted consumer protection who advised them that this underwear model had material that has a major fault and to ask for a refund which I did, I was told by Ecoperiod that this underwear was expected to stretch and it was normal, I was then told I should have ordered a smaller size, I had been given a smaller size by the company by mistake and had tried to put them on but they wouldn’t go over my knees so the smaller size was not an option. The material just loses integrity quickly. The information regarding the stretching was added underneath the underwear as a disclaimer showing that their underwear will stretch. Or relax as they say! I do not recommend their invisible seamless bikini material. It stretches so much after 2 to 3 washes that isn’t unable to be worn securely as a period underwear. I have been communicating with them since beginning of August 2025. It’s now nearly Christmas 2025 and I’m still trying to deal with them and get products sent from them that are suitable in replacement of the invisi seemless underwear I do not recommend this company their customer service or this Invisi product. Lack of response to emails. I have made reviews of their individual products they sent links for me to do so and they have been submitted but none of them have actually made it to the website or product a month or so on. (This leads me to believe reviews are fake) They still have 5 out of 5 stars for this product and I don’t believe that that is true. I believe that they are all bots that they are using for the reviews. I do not recommend this company. Ecoperiod is an NDIS Partner and I am very disappointed in this company. I am trying to warn people on their socials but am being removed. Shocking behaviour. Good luck to anyone who deals with this company you WILL need it.

I had trialled period underwear and used those from another company for awhile then, due to health I didn’t have my period for awhile. Now the other company ones absolutely needed replacing. I wanted to get some from a company that was using material (specifically organic cotton and/or bamboo) and the newer techniques. I was able to buy a bundle and the same were exemplary in assisting me with any changes I wanted to make and providing appropriate recommendations and suggestions. The order came very quickly and in my opinion is of excellent quality and they are so soft! I have sensory issues, so size and softness as well as not negatively impacting health issues were important to me. So far, things have gone really well and they are very comfortable. I am very thankful for the support and help at ecoperiod and currently would be happy to purchase from them again in the future.

I ordered cloth pads from this business. Upon receiving them I saw that the top of them is a fabric that doesn't absorb, thus fabric is not listed on their website. I contacted Danni & she suggested I wash one first and try it so I did and it of course leaked.

I emailed asking to discuss the return policy and I still haven't heard back. It's been two weeks since I sent that email. I would say buyer beware, there's no honesty with the fabric being used, it says bamboo charcoal which is actually the first layer of the insert and there's no integrity in ignoring customer's emails. My review isn't the first to say this. So there actually isn't a return policy.

Eco Period Australia has been amazing. Delivery within three days of placing my order and the product is fantastic. I bought the Orgaknix super boyleg and they absorb a lot and are really good quality. Best I’ve tried yet and I’ve tried three well known Australian and American brands.
