Bathstore Agent - Frustratingly poor
The bathroom was completed to a poor finish. Agreed to carry our remedial works to rectify - These were so poor that the Bathstore have agreed to rip out the new bathroom and start again.

I just wish I had another bathroom to re-do! They also installed new hot and cold water tanks, to enable me to have a power shower - not an easy job in the space they had to work in.
