The hardwood handrails and balusters look very nice. Have plenty of new drill bits as the wood is very hard. Down sides - the screws supplied for fixing the hand and base rails to the balusters are not fit for purpose, they are too short so you don’t get enough purchase into the balusters, also the brackets are a bit flimsy. Bit simply replace all the fixings from screwfix and you are good to go

i had a few phone calls to ask questions and the people were very polite and friendly, and helpful. They were professional and guided me through my order. I would recommend your company to anyone.
I also when I was ordering had seen that the Balustrades that i wanted could take up to 15 days, I asked if it was possible for delivery before then as my joiners were starting on the 26th July. I was told they would note that on the order. the payment was easy to do , and a day after my payment received and order confirmation with a delivery date of the 20th this happened and the guy who delivered was helpful too so excellent all round work

I bought this in April and, despite paying a premium for what was advertised as overnight delivery, it took around a week to arrive, which wasn't a great start.

Due to the weather initially, and then other commitments, I didn't get around to building it until a week ago. When I did, I discovered that two decking boards were missing from the kit. I contacted customer services expecting the missing parts to be sent out, only to be told that I'd waited too long to assemble it, so they wouldn't replace them. Instead, I was told I could buy the missing boards.

To make matters worse, the two boards cost just £9.12, but the delivery charge was £29.99—more than three times the cost of the items themselves. After I complained, the best they would offer was half-price delivery, which I still don't feel is reasonable given the boards were missing from the original order.

I feel very let down by the customer service. I don't think it's reasonable to expect customers to build a large garden structure within such a short period, especially when factors like the weather or other commitments can delay assembly. A missing part is a fulfilment issue, regardless of when the product is assembled.

I've previously bought a similar kit from B&Q without any problems and with free delivery. This time I chose to buy directly from the manufacturer because I expected better service, but unfortunately the experience has been the opposite. Based on both the delivery and the after-sales support, I won't be purchasing from this company again.

Prompt delivery, instructions were easy to follow. I had to reinforce my deck with extra beams, as I had to build on an incline. Wood was a little more knotty and warped than I expected but it has done the job and since I have treated it it looks the business.

Customer service was good
Delivery was made and I had to unload myself the driver just slid the packets of wood off the lorry and left them leaning against the lorry. No big deal as I was quite capable but didn’t expect it. I ordered Balau hardwood and didn’t expect every piece to be like a banana. It was like a delivery from Wickes and we all know how badly warped their wood is

Delivery service product was as advertised

Doesn't state Use case under BS8417 for their treated timber. Had a couple of orders now where wood was badly twisted, 4x4 and 3x3 posts and a 4.8m length of 3x2 that looked like a cork screw! Cheap timber for a reason. Not ordering lots of wastage anymore and too difficult to return.

Excellent service and delivery, however had to buy another de king plank as not enough despite following the instructions, and not enough screws.

Easy to order, good communication, quick delivery and quality products. Overall a great experience.

Sorry to say but i couldnt use some boards , i had to purchase quite a few from another source , quite a few knots , twisted boards to which i paid for the chunky boards .
I ordered a cut to size kit , communication was good , with clear instructions given , professional service just a shame boards were not good , posts not smooth very rough around the tops , should be smoothed and sanded alittle better .

We've looked at a number of different companies for composite decking boards. They had to be solid after we had a bad experience with hollow boards. The boards stocked by eDecks were exactly the size needed, are robust and look good. They cut well and look fantastic when laid.
I placed our order online, but quickly realised I needed to amend it. A quick phone call and our order was corrected, and delivered 3 days later. Excellent service, highly recommended.
