5. Not removing packaging.

I’ve only had a weeks-worth of solar gain so far but it’s exceeded my expectations. The installation was handled cheerfully and efficiently as was the liaison with scaffolders. Everyone involved were impressively knowledgeable and helpful.

It's an absolute pleasure to recommend Eden Power. From the information received, through to pricing and installation, is a first-class service.

I've not had an electricity usage bill since installation. Thumps up 5 Star review.

I would highly recommend Eden Power.
Chris is very knowledgeable, shows you how to get the best out of your solar panels and cares about his customers.

Very happy with the service I received from Eden Power. Both Chris & Liam were excellent throughout.

From the first point of contract the company was professional, reliable and everything was delivered to and beyond my expectations.

Being new to solar power, Chris explained everything in full, and post installation technical support has been fantastic.

This company certainly delivered to
Time - install as scheduled and punctual when working.
Cost - certainly competitive in a market where it’s difficult to navigate trust worthy suppliers.
Quality - install quality is A1, happy with the result and look which is so important.

Overall a pleasure to commission this work and will certainly look to use them in future should I move on from here.

We are now just into our 4th year of solar panels and storage supplied by EdenPower. It is one of the best decisions we have made for our home.

When we first had them installed, Chris estimated a 6-7 year payback period, but that was before the energy price spike which has meant our payback will now be achieved in year 5!

Service from Chris and the team has been superb. When I made an enquiry about the lead time for a third storage battery, it was installed and working the same week.

For me, this is one of the best reasons to go for an owner managed local company rather than a massive firm who are only interested in getting the deal done. I know with Chris that if I have an issue I can pick up the phone and he will get it sorted, but fortunately that’s not something I’ve needed to do, as the whole system is working beautifully.

A huge thank you to Chris and the team!

Fantastic experience with this local business. Chris and Liam were very professional and completed my installation efficiently and without any issues. Reliable and friendly, and quick to respond to any questions I had before and following the installation. I would have no hesitations recommending Eden Power.

Thank you Eden Power Ltd for your recent help, survey and quote for a job contracted, signed and paid for with a firm subsequently no longer trading.
The job involved extra roof panels, batteries, an invertor and EPS switch which had never been fitted.
After advice from Chris and his son I was able to claim a substantial refund from my bank.
I have no reservations in recommending Eden Power Ltd.

Ok. Still waiting to hear from you

Eden Power were fantastic. They are local firm, and both Liam and Chris were both amazingly friendly and reliable. They gave us really good advice. They gave us very clear and accurate information about installing the PVs and how long the installation would take. They were always on time and finished the job in the time they specified. They were very tidy and respectful of our house. On the first day of being installed, even though it is January, we were already getting power from the PVs If you are thinking of installing solar panels, I would definitely recommend Eden Power.

I would highly recommend Eden Power
We had solar panels, a battery and an iBoost fitted and all were up and running within a month of our initial enquiry.
Chris and Liam were great – they always picked up emails or phone calls and responded quickly to any questions we had. They were kind and considerate when working. I feel reassured that they are just a phone call away and will be there if needed. It was really nice to work with a reliable local family company.

I would recommend Chris and Liam of Eden Power. The system is up and running within a month of the first enquiry. There were two shortish visits to do internal work and then on a single day, the scaffolding went up, the panels arrived and the system was working by tea time. It is all easy to monitor through an app and needs no involvement by me! Glad to be working with a local firm and assured that support if needed is only a phone call away.

Excellent Company would highly recommend.
Very prompt service, Chris came out the day after I enquired about solar panels and battery storage, I have an east west facing roof so wasn't sure if there would be any point installing. Chris was very helpful and no-nonsense he clearly explained what would be possible in my situation and how the system would work. No hard sell whatsoever which was very refreshing.
I did get very lucky as they had a cancellation, so within a day of signing the contract Chris and Liam were installing the framework on my roof for the panels and the inverter and cabling in the loft, I did had to wait for the panels to be delivered but that was only a couple of days. All in all the work was completed in 2 half days.
Chris and Liam were a pleasure to have working at my home and were efficient, tidy and respectful. And thank you to Liam for setting up the Solarman App on my phone .. now officially my favourite app, I cant stop checking it.
I am amazed at the savings I am seeing even after just 1 week (and a week with pretty poor weather) excluding the electricity standing charge and without changing my usage habits I am spending just 1p to 3p per day on electricity from the grid and once my supplier has switched on my feed in tarriff that should mean that i pay nothing as the amount of electricity being generated from the panels that would feed back to the grid will cover the standing charge (at the moment)

Eden Power in Shrewsbury really excelled in the installation of our 10 panel solar system connected to a battery bank.

Chris & Liam were both friendly and knowledgeable, explaining exactly how the process would go.

Not only did they explain everything to us but they listened carefully to everything we asked of them and were flexible in their approach to the quotation and installation.

I couldn't recommend Chris & Liam enough!
If your looking for solar power to be installed in Shropshire then Eden Energy is the go to company.

Would highly recommend Eden Power for solar panels and battery installation. Chris and Liam installed panels for us late last year. The job was well priced, they kept us informed of timescales and worked efficiently on the day of installation.

Would highly recommend Edenpower for installation of Solar panel system with battery.
Liam and Chris installed our system within a couple of days and all works well and is saving us money all ready. They are friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had about the system.

Eden power fitted batteries to our existing panels last summer, a quick and efficient installation. We did have a problem in January which was quickly rectified at Eden Powers expense. Chris then continued to monitor out system until he was sure all was well.
A reassuring good service from a reliable local company.
Many thanks

Liam and Chris were very quick at getting our system up and running. They were always available to answer any queries we had and explain things to us. We're really pleased with our solar panels. Thank you

Our experience of Edenpowerltd has been a very positive one. We had the quote through very quickly and once we made the decision to go ahead we were informed about the installation date. Installation took place earlier that we expected, which was a bonus, and all work was completed quickly and efficiently and our panels are now up and running complete with battery for storage. We would highly recommend Liam and Chris at Edenpowerltd to anyone who is thinking of getting solar panels installed. You won't be disappointed. If we can utilise the sun to create power and take pressure off the grid we will be saving money as well as the planet. I just wish we had done this sooner. Thank you Liam and Chris for making the process quick and easy. We will be recommending you to anyone that asks 👍Chris & Steve Hunt

We felt very lucky to have found Eden Power on several counts! With other companies needing 6 months for even a survey, Chris was fitting ours just 6 weeks from our initial enquiry! He is reliable and responsive, responds quickly to messages and kept us in the loop about any delays or hitches.
He is personable and good to have on site, the work was completed to a high standard, with clear explanations and great after sales support. Prices are competitive and he appears to be able to access stock easily enough.
Very happy with the money we have already saved on energy with our installation! Highly recommended!
