Wasted £10. Unwatchable. TRIED to watch 40 mins of first half and switched off. Buffering freezing and possibly saw 5 mins of football. I have 160ms fibre and no other issues with live stream.
Never again.

Total rubbish. Couldn't watch the match and the support team didn't have a clue. There weren't even aware there was a general problem. Terrible service.

I think it’s really rubbish they don’t stream the matches. I cannot always get tickets for away matches and would be happy to pay to watch on ifollow but I am not given the option to do this! Rubbish service to fans!

Watching Hartlepool Utd via a firestick on a TV in our music room. Picture quality and sound is excellent. The only downside is the one sided biased commentary on behalf of Bristol Rovers.

This is a very difficult service to navigate and use. Very customer unfriendly. On Saturday my audio feed cut out with 10 mins to go. At the time my Internet speed measured 25mbps which is good enough for Netflix, Now TV, Prime and other streaming services. If I can get these services then just what is the problem with ifollow. The in app tech support was hopeless and the complaints department a total waste of time.

I have tried to reset my password a number of times, I get sent to a page with a 404 error message. I would love to use their service, but they are simply incompetent.

They do show you matches, yes. But they claim to show you every game of your team, which is already not true.
You DON'T get to see playoff games
You DON'T get to see games broadcast by sky (which are usually the top games of the league eg. 1st ranked vs 2nd ranked)
What made me write this review is the following:
It is the month of June and no football is being played. I got charged the full amount and refused a refund, because i did not cancel my subscription.
I thought they would never charge me for a service they do not provide - no games are being played, but they still charged me.
I should have read the terms and conditions but they are consciously setting up a trap for people this way.
I paid 20 GBP every month for the season. I wont be using this service anymore.
I hope these people suffer serious consequences for how they consciously rip people off.

Not fit for purpose. Too many games are not on video but yet they take my money every month!

The platform is totally crap! Lots of lag, bad picture, takes ages to load. If i could use another service i would never use ifollow again! It is like some sort of homemade effort. I would be embarrassed to charge for this. In the early days audio only it was bad. It has never got better.

Just read all the other reviews. They are all true. Never can watch a full game. They will never refund you. They seem happy with their service.

We pay for iFollow but due to them not allowing the match to be mirrored onto our tv, we now watch on iptv.
Makes me laugh when they put a note on the screen “say no to piracy and support your club”, that’s what we were trying to do, it’s iFollow that causes all the problems.

I thought it was just me,but havingread all of the reviews posted on this site ,I realise I am not alone.
Last Saturday watching a home game from Home Park,I think I saw less than 15-20 minutes of play.Constant freezing,picture disapearing constantly. The service I receive is terrible,and has been so from the start of the season.The same applies when I watch away games.

Awful. Not worth £10 a game. Why? Main fault is that it very regularly gets stuck and you stare at the buffering circle whilst missing the match. It then catches up to the live game and hey presto, you've missed a goal...again..! Don't waste your time, patience or money.

Paid my £10 and match was postponed and re arranged for a date when I would be unable to view due to working afternoon shift, Asked I follow for a credit for another game but was told only valid for the re arranged fixture, enjoy my hard earned tenner EFL it's the last one you're getting from me!!!

Be aware subscribing to watch your team. Ifollow had problems at the start of the game I was watching, picture and sound was there and then it went just as the game started. When it came back I found I was around 3.5 - 4 minutes behind real time watching on Ifollow. I had Sky Soccer Saturday on to keep up with all the goals as they went in from all matches. I saw the match goals I was watching on Ifollow on Sky Soccer Saturday at least 2 minutes before they went in on the Ifollow game I was watching. I complained on the Ifollow chat in the bottom corner and all they could say was ‘yes we know and we will feed it back to the team thank you for your comments!’ I get you could well be behind but 3.5 - 4 minutes. Not acceptable Ifollow, won’t use you again that’s for sure. Will stick to bet365 although you can’t see the game at least it’s almost real time!

Ifollow is poorly managed. Very few camera angles, terrible interlude music, often cuts out.

Paid £10 for a live stream despite already paying hundreds for a season ticket that I can't use due to COVID. And then constantly have to put up with stream freezing, poor picture quality, useless customer service. stream lagging minutes behind the play. They have cheek to say HDMI cables are not supported. Are you just expected to watch on a phone screen??

Poor? Takes ages to get in. Often sticks, sometimes gives up altogether.

Absolute awful service. Always freezing. Always lagging behind. This is when it actually works. What vegetable do you record it on? I’d love to know. Dreadful. Utter bull
