5 Star service from Electrical Discount UK Ltd
Excellent service very fast delivery. Ordered on the Tuesday night and delivered on the Friday afternoon. very happy. The price for the TV was very competitive as well and added bonus was cashback using the topcashback website. The Driver called me on the Friday morning to confirm the time he would deliver and on the actual delivery he was very professional.

Electrical Discount UK offered the fridge I wanted at a much lower price than everywhere else. It took a week for it to be delivered, but that was OK with me. (If I'd wanted one instantly I would have had to pay an extra £40 with other suppliers). They kept me informed really well and the delivery company were great.

Thanks Simon But Delivery's Shocking
Thanks to Simon I am giving you 4 stars. He has been a great help with what I can only claim as an inept 3rd party delivery service.
I couldn't accept the 1st delivery time slot and constant calls (1 weeks worth) and they couldn't give me a time and date
Simon got involved and had the item to me within 24 hours.
Unfortunately the delivery drivers didn't even turn off the engine of the van and dumped the item in the garage without unpacking despite it supposedly to be unpacked and put in the kitchen. Not impressed. Wife home on her own and a huge fridge freezer sat in the garage I will now have to get someone to lift into house and check over.
Sat with packaging I now need to take to skip and an unchecked item. Not good enough

Shall I reply in "shouty capitals" ? We didn't state that the item was in stock, and we didn't take your money. Like any on line trading platform payment goes to a pending account/gateway until the sale is confirmed, and if the sale doesn't go through then the money is returned within a couple of days. You certainly weren't SCAMMED!!

Very poor
I ordered a hob from this company and, initially the service was very good. However, since the item has been sent to the carriers, my item seems to have gone missing. I cannot get an answer from EDUK or from the carriers and this expensive item has been missing for almost 2 weeks now.

Teknix retro style fridge
Bought a Teknix retro style fridge. Very pleased with the service, delivery and quality of the item. Great value too. This fridge is clearly the same as the (sold out) Bush fridge from Argos, but with a different badge. Cheaper too. It's Chinese so we'll see how long it lasts but all great so far.

What a brilliant company
What a brilliant company. I was struggling to find the vacuum cleaner I wanted, out of stock almost everywhere and I found one here online. I contacted them by phone and the gentleman was so helpful and kind. I was delighted to receive the vacuum cleaner very quickly and I would use the site again, amazing.

Had problem trying to order fridge/freezer on line, but rang them instead. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. I was give clear information and instructions about how the delivery , and these went to plan. The delivery staff were also very efficient and came well within the time slot given to me. May 2021

Ive made an order today no confirmation
Ive made an order today, paid and had no confirmation email at all, i tried to use the website contact us page and it dont work. i have no order number nothing, i rang and i was 1 in the que and noone answered even after 30 mins. so far a bad experience, will be contacting my bank in the next day or two to report the issue.

Hi jay, without any further information I cant comment, other than to say confirmation emails are generated at the point of sale and the number 1 reason customers dont receive them is that they have made an error when in putting their own email address. With regard to the phone message, we are only open Mon to Saturday, normal office hours, I would suggest that you maybe called outside these hours. If so I will check the messaging and alter to inform of this.

The only place where I found a good value top load washing machine. The delivery was smooth and the service perfect.
