Had exactly what I needed and for a great price

Don't try buying from this company. I placed an order and was willing to pay for shipping, thought I would support a smaller business. Apart from an order confirmation I got no communication from the company even when I called and emailed multiple times. My only recourse was to wait for the pending charge authorization to expire 30 days after my initial purchase. I've sent them an e-mail and left a voicemail saying that they need to cancel my order. I told them outright that I would not be providing another source of payment so they had better cancel the order and not send me anything.

It was easy to order, selection was fine, and prices were fair. Everything was great until they cluttered up my inbox with demands for ratings and reviews. Back in the day, we just bought stuff. We didn't buy into a long-term mail relationship...

It's a pretty blatant money grab that they charge a TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT "restocking fee". This information is available for you to find if you look at their refund policy, so they don't lie about it, but it isn't stated in the checkout process, so you don't necessarily see it when you're placing an order before it's too late. I bought things that obviously I thought would work, but they didn't for my project, so I had to return them and got 75% of my order price back, but that doesn't account for having to pay return shipping out of pocket, which made it more like a 60% refund.

Tracking was terrible ship times were terrible coordination and information flow was
s-l-o-w for an item, important to us, that we called ahead about and were told it was in stock it took weeks for the alumicons to arrive then the count of the items ordered was short
If you don’t care about ship times, coordination or customer service you might be ok ordering here.

I'm not recommending small suppliers. Always has problem with them 🙄...

Product was as described. Quick shipping.

They sold me an old (2017) smoke detector which will expire next year since they need to be replaced every 10 years. Don't feel safe using it.

We requested and paid for 3 day shipping and it took 1 week from the purchase date. Since product was needed urgently had to purchase elsewhere, we returned the product which was received late, however we were only refunded the product total not the shipping charge. Aside from the fact you need better customer service, having someone to answer phone not just a recording. Will definitely NOT recommend or purchase anything from this company in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience with them so far I’ve emailed them four times and called them twice. No response. I had a simple issue and they chose to not even engage with me to figure out what it was. Makes me wonder if it’s a scam. Would not recommend.

Fast shipping, and the product I needed wasn't available locally, plus prices were reasonable.

they had the right product but it took weeks to get, so late that I had to use another resource. There is no easy to find customer service phone number. When I used the website inquiry as instructed, no one replied. When I went to return the product it was impossible to find instructions to do so. I finally found a phone # and was given verbal instructions and sent a form. I was required to pay the shipping AND a 25% restocking fee (because they were so slow). So in the end, my refund was about 50% of what I paid. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Delivered quickly. Return policy cost me.

Requiring authorization to return and requiring payment to ship back plus 25 percent restocking fee is not acceptable in a world having Amazon returns.

I was concerned after reading all the reviews. However, I never had a problem! It arrived when it was supposed to and I was given the tracking to follow it’s delivery before it arrived.

I have now ordered from ELectric Supplies Online twice in the past month and both orders have been extremely easy and quick to arrive. The first was only two items to test out an outlet color, then I ordered a total of about 30 outlets and plates once I knew I liked the color. Both orders were packaged well to prevent damage and shipped within one day. Arrived in about a week both times. I'm happy with my experience here and won't hesitate to order again if I need any more electric supplies.
