Ik heb een step gekocht op 7 mei 2025. Een maand geleden stopte deze met rijden terwijl er twee streepjes waren. De step koste 280 euro. Ik heb een mail gestuurd en zeg dat het niet eens een jaar oud is. Meneer zegt kom maar langs in Mijdrecht. Na een uur rijden, tijd gemaakt omdat we bezig zijn met een verhuizing. Letterlijk benzine verspild want hij zegt, maken kost 300 euro. Dus duurder dan de step. Batterij heeft maar drie maanden garantie. Word niet bij aankoop gezegd en vind ik wel bizar kort voor zo’n dure step en niet eens een jaar mee kan rijden. Weg benzine geld en step ook zeker niet laten maken! Hele slechte zaak.

Bad rear projection TV bulb

I purchased a bulb for my rear projection TV from electrified.com through Sears, I installed the bulb, and my TV showed the message "projector lamp is nearing end of life, need to replace" I assumed it was just something on the TV needed to be reset, so it knew there was a new bulb in there, like an oil change light on a car. A month and a half later, the bulb stopped working entirely, my last bulb lasted 8 years.... Cannot return bulb due to being outside the 30 day return policy. Luckily it was only a 20$ bulb. But beware of electrified.com

Zero if it would allow it!

Bought a tv lamp for my dlp tv and the lamp shattered somehow while i was watching tv. It only lasted 10 days now sears customer service can't get them to reply to me. Company is horrible and sears need to do something because apparently I'm not the only one who had experienced this!! Do not buy from them!

Sears contacted us on Aug 23rd about this issue and we gave them the return instructions to return the product for a refund or replacement. I don't know if Sears passed on the information to the customer but today (9/01) the customer contacted us for the first time and we sent them instructions right away. I am not sure why this review was created because we did everything correctly.

bad product

the lamp has a yellow tint to the display. My old lamp has white whites but theirs was a yellowish look which means that their products are NOT OEM equiv. beware people

Avoid this company

Bought two projector bulbs...both exploded with less than 10% life used up. Company claimed they were out of warranty and they are not responsible. Bought Dell bulbs for my Dell projector...lasted 90% of effective life.
This is a dishonest company that sells subpar products that are not safe. Both bulbs I purchased exploded...one in a meeting within 3 feet of a customer!

Crappy knockoff products

I puchased 5 Sanyo projector bulbs for our company last year and 3 bulbs lasted less than 50 hours. One bulb was defective when arrived but didn't know it until after the warrenty was up. Spoke with Cust. Srvs. and they pretty much said i was S.O.L. (Warrenties were over)

Sub par parts go somewhere else!!!

I also have a lamp that I purchased for my Panasonic television that lasted all of two months. I sent the lamp back and was sent a replacement lamp that lasted another two months. I was told after this lamp went out that the warranty is from the original purchase and that they would not be able to replace the second malfunctioning bulb. Also, they claim to give you a "free bonus" if you rate them 5 stars. Which is terrible being they hit you with that before you really get to use their product enough to really rate the items.

If you need a lamp do yourself a favor and buy it from someone else! Don't make the same mistake I made.

Sharp OEM projector bulb

purchased a bulb for my projector - Electrified advertised "OEM Equivalent" so I expected a solid bulb, right? WRONG! Long story short; the first bulb failed within 120 hours (has an advertised hour rating of 1,000 hours), they replaced it with another bulb that lasted 72 hours. When I tried to get my money back I was told the 90 day warranty had expired and when I checked my purchase confirmation it doesn't say anything about a 90 day warranty. Terrible products and not as advertised and they do not ship OEM equivalent as advertised. The bulbs that I received were both inferior quality and the housing of one bulb was all scratched but according to Electrified, "it came straight from the manufacturer" which I find to be questionable.

DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you don't mind losing your money on a terrible product.

Electrified.com - Buyer Beware

The E series LAMP for my Toshiba DLP TV only worked for 30 days. I had to obtain an return code, pay $14.00 for shipping back to the merchant. They said the lamp worked when they tested it and they charged me a re-stocking fee of 10 percent. I had a spare OEM lamp that I put in my TV and it works, so I know it was not my TV. The only option they gave was to upgrade from the E series lamp to a $289.00 OEM lamp. This price is WAY more than the $218.00 that the manufacturer charges so buyer please beware. If you are getting a lamp for your Toshiba 46HM84, don't buy it at this vendor. The customer service rep named was very nice but this kind of operation reminds me of a 'bait and switch'. I would not recommend this store to anyone because of my experience with this purchase. I am now waiting for my refund and I will post again if I do not receive the refund in a timely manner.

Great Transaction!!

I was very surprised to have this lamp arrive after only two days of ordering it. This is a fantastic price because I had purchased one from someone else two years ago and paid more!! I am very pleased with Electrified and I certainly will buy from them again. Thank You so much for great service.

I found this site to be very easy to use and got my order through and the price was "fantastic". It was shipped promptly and arrived right on time. I will deffinately recomend electrified to all friends and acquaintances.kelly

ordered cancelled, low price may be misleading

they took my credit card onformation but my order was cancelled without notice at the end of the day. apparently they had advertised a price for an Optoma projector they couldn't meet. no call, email, substitution offer or apology. they said they had problem with the webmaster taking the falsely advertised price from the website (?) and didn't call or email because they process the orders manually at the end of the day.

Horrible customer service

I recently purchased a projectorlamp from electrified. The bulb went in less than 5 hours. I have been waiting to see my credit card refunded after 1 month after the bulb was received. The customer service manager Mary Linnen said she was going to return my calls never did. Still waiting for my refund and still calling 2x a week. Thanks a lot Electrified, you are horrible, and if i could give zero stars i would have!
