On 30 April 2025 and 1 May 2025, I placed two fully paid orders (Order #3275348 and #3275412) worth ₹17,475.21 via Paytm UPI (Ref Nos: 284115702463, 284172400103). The products were shown as in stock and were confirmed by the seller. Despite this, no items were shipped. When contacted via email, the company initially responded citing stock quality issues and delays. On 29 May 2025, in response to my complaint via the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No. 7144037), they promised a full refund within 10–12 working days. However, to date, no refund has been issued and all communication has ceased.

This behavior amounts to cheating and breach of trust. Further, I have found multiple similar complaints online against this company, indicating a pattern of deliberate fraud. They continue to operate and advertise online, misleading more customers.

Worst experience. Placed an order on Dec 16, 2024 and received on Jan 8, 2025. Items worth Rs. 170 were missing from the package but mentioned in the invoice they sent. Raised a complaint, got reply saying "We will ship your remaining component separately in another box soon."
It never happened. Asked for refund. They are not even replying.

Worst service i have ordered electronic components and not delivered even after 02 months and no response over phone (phone is always engaged). I have wrote email for refund but no response for refund.

I placed an order with this company, but after waiting 10 days with no updates, I tried to cancel it. They ignored my cancellation request and went ahead with the shipment. Shockingly, the order arrived two months later, at which point I no longer needed it. As per their own return policy stated on their website, if a customer refuses delivery and the product is returned to them, a refund should be issued.

I refused the delivery, and the package was sent back to them. I contacted them for the refund, and although they repeatedly promised to process it, they never did. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, but every time, I get the same false assurances. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with such dishonest and unprofessional behavior.

It’s shameful how companies like this continue to exploit customers, knowing full well that there are no strict consumer protection laws holding them accountable. These kinds of businesses should face serious consequences for such unethical practices.

I had ordered worst of 3000 received only items of 1200 , after 6 months of mailing they were not refunding my money, at last they refunded in my wallet, I again ordered another items to recover my money again same sent some cheap items and hold my 80% money, it's been 9 month from 2nd order no response on mail my mobile number is blocked on their system, customer service no.is changing every month, no refund, nothing. And even after so many bad reviews and complaints they have all the components listed on website without any stocks or not even mentioned as out of stock. Please do not order from here.

Honest Review: electronicscomp.com – BE CAREFUL

I ordered a 5MP Raspberry Pi Zero W Camera Module from electronicscomp.com on 15th May 2025. Despite their claim of 4–7 day delivery, I received no product, no update, and no support response even after 11 days.

After sending multiple emails and issuing a final warning, they finally processed my refund — but only after serious escalation. This kind of customer experience is unacceptable.

Have not delivered even after a month. Why did they even allow order of non-stock items. Their website doesn't mention actual timeline. No response on emails or calls. Worst experience.

One of the worst electronic product selling sites. After placing an order, they do not adhere to delivery timelines. Their phone lines are always busy, and there is no response to emails. Additionally, the product amount is not refunded.

1 star since it is the least I could give. Initially I ordered few components. They shipped it without few and marked it as completed order. I was not informed about the missing items. Then after multiple to and fro emails they agreed to credit balance amount to my electronics component account. Second time I ordered using this credit balance plus some amount. This time again 2 x 1 item is missing but the order says completed. And here I'm now writing this review...

This is to bring to your notice—once again—that my order (#3263331), placed on 26/12/2024, has still not been dispatched, despite repeated follow-ups and your written confirmation on 6th Feb 2025 that it would be shipped within 5-6 days. It has now been over 7 days with no communication or update from your end.

This continued negligence and failure to deliver the product constitute a breach of contract under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I have made every reasonable attempt to resolve this matter amicably, but your persistent inaction has left me no choice.

Therefore, I am formally demanding an immediate cancellation and full refund of Rs.1,227.08 within the next 24 hours.

Failure to comply will result in the following actions, without any further notice:

1. Filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India.

2. Initiating a chargeback/dispute claim through my bank/payment provider.

3. Pursuing legal action under applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, which may include compensation for mental harassment and time loss.

4. Sharing a detailed public review of this experience on social platforms and consumer forums to highlight your company’s poor service and accountability.

Please consider this your final legal notice. I expect the refund confirmation to be sent to my email within 24 hours of receipt of this message.

I wish there was a negative rating to gauge the experience that I've had with this company. One of the worst electronic stores out there!!!!! Scamming people openly, shamelessly. Doesn't give a damn about people's money these guys are stealing. I've gone through all the reviews, and indeed all are correct.
I've ordered 600 rupees' worth of items, and I've only received items worth 150 rupees. I can't express how furious I am for their atrocious service. In the name of delivery, they didn't even send items worth half of the price I paid. I've dropped countless emails to them and yet get no reply. They're intentionally doing this scam and aren't ashamed of their actions at all.
Meantime , I've already reported this to consumer court, and I'll go to any extent that I have to go. PLEASE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE, HOWEVER ENTICING IT MAY LOOK!!!!
