Wouldn’t bother , cheap crap they repair and send out seconds items with defects they try to fix themselfs but look aweful won’t be purchasing ever again

I purchased a black pivot door and panel very easy to put together, product. Does what it should, very reasonable priced.delivered quickly.
After making a mistake with the side panel size and having a small smaller size sent out the return policy could be better , the delivery driver could’ve picked it up whilst dropping off the new one.

I used 1200x1200 corner shower enclosure from elegant for 3 years, which started to having issues. So I ordered a new one, their only delivery service which can take up to 7 working days, which came with broken glass panels so did not accept the delivery. I asked if they can send replacement in express delivery, the blunt answer was NO. So I had to wait for another up to 7 working days. Now the 2nd delivery also came with broken glass so reported and asked if I can collect as the delivery partner the company is using is totally careless and don't want to wait for another 7 working days. Then I was told that now they don't have in stock and therefore I cannot have it. They refunded but could not collect the damaged delivery and just said "Unfortunately our collection services have been suspended due to driver resourcing issues
Please kindly dispose of the damaged item"!!!
I would not recommend this company. Luckily I found alternative on eBay and got it installed.

Shower door fitted easily into my space. Very easy to put together and looks great. Adjustments to door angle made alignment easy.
Delivery was fast to door and well packed. i am considering another for a different room.

The only reason for 4 (instead of 5) star rating is the instructions that came with the shower enclosure. They could be more descriptive and detailed than what came with the product. The rubber seal was also mangled and two caps for door stops were missing.
Otherwise, very happy with the product and customer support.

Bought a shower screen and side panel ahead of time and came to fit it and the aluminium trims were bashed, probably something to do with it parts delivered over two days by one guy. The door stopper wasn’t as advertised and instead of aluminium caps to stop the shower water getting in the uprights, we were sent shiny squares of plastic with sticky tape on the back. Certainly not as advertised. I emailed to complain and was told it was outwith its 30 days warranty. So, save yourself the the bother and buy elsewhere.

I must say I was a little apprehensive buying from a new company I have never bought from before. However, I was impressed with the delivery time and the customer services. The shower tray arrived damaged. I contacted customer services and the issue was resolved within 48 hrs. I would highly recommend this company.

From order to delivery very fast with no problems at all. Resin shower tray is excellent and very robust. Really pleased we went for the 8mm nano glass. Fitting was straightforward. Great product at a fantastic price. Would recommend to friends and family no problem.
