Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. Always return emails. things happen very quickly at the airport. i did manage to hand back the key at the airport but they have an unusual place to leave it if they are not there. Unable to check for damage in the dark. I was concerned about the scratches and dents I found the day after. Need not have worried. Half a tank of fuel when you get the car which you pay for at the airport. The 200 euro deposit is a bit slow in being returned but this is due to the bank. All that said I would recommend this company for car hire.

Auto gehuurd via deze oplichters voor Sulawesi.
Boekingscode gehad en daarop stond hoe laat en waar we de auto konden ophalen.Op het vliegveld in Makassar dus....
We hebben gewacht en gewacht, ook geprobeerd ze te bellen maar kregen geen contact.
Het opgegeven nummer bleek niet in gebruik...Kortom geen auto en een vakantiedag naar de vaantjes.
Gelukkig via erg vriendelijke hulp op het vliegveld alsnog een auto kunnen huren , zei het met uren vertraging.
Ben benieuwd of het bedrag toch wordt afgeschreven.
Zal wel weer een hoop gedoe met zich meebrengen.
Het opgegeven nummer van Elephant was trouwens ook niet te gebruiken vanuit Indonesie....
Kortom ik boek hier niets meer !

I always use this hire company when I travel to Cyprus and I will most likely use them again the only thing they changed this time was they took an extra 200 euros from my credit card and said that when the car was returned they would return the 200 this worried me as when you return the car you just lock it at the airport then go home with nobody to receive the car but when I got home and checked my credit card every thing was fine

Used elephant whilst in Cyprus May 2017. No complaints only praise. On time delivery at hotel, no hidden extras, all round great experience. Will definitely use again when we go back to Paphos

Very Professional Service
Our experience hiring a car from Elephant was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the car was spotless.
The price they quoted was reasonable, not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but we heard good things about them and was not disapointed. We couldn't have picked a better company.

Verdacht. Geen communicatie mee mogelijk. Geen telefoonnummer. Op emails geen reactie.
De website is niet te gebruiken.
Als ik wil annuleren, is de site zo slecht in elkaar gezet, dat ik hierover geen bericht kan sturen. Op rechtstreekse mail aan Cartrawler (??) komt ook geen reactie. Vaag adres in de UK.
Er zit niets anders op dan mijn creditcard te blokkeren, anders schrijven ze het volledige bedrag af van een auto die ik niet huur...

We hebben communicatie per telefoon - 0044 203 582 8218. Dit nummer is op 'Over ons' pagina. Ook in uw voucher vindt u een telefoonnummer voor een ander callcenter te vinden. U kunt annuleren of boeking wijzigen via de telefoon of op de pagina 'Mijn Reservering' op de website.

We have a general telephone number that is given on our 'About Us' page. This number is for the ETrawler Ltd (Car Trawler) support centre who manages all bookings made through our website.
You will also receive another phone number in your booking voucher, sent to you via email, after you have made your booking. This phone number is more specific to the country you have booking in and the language you speak. On either phone number you will be able to cancel or amend your booking at any time.
You can also cancel your booking anytime via the 'My Booking' page found on elephantcarhire.net.
Unfair fuel policy
Hired a car from Ibiza and the local supplier charged 90 euros for a tank of fuel on a mini Peugeot 107 which cost me less than 50 euros to fill up. Elephant should not use these guys, they offer cheap rentals rates but the fuel policy is not fair

Great Decision to use Elephant Car Hire
We normally use car hire 3000 but our last two experience was not very good since they changed to rentalcars.com so we decided to look elsewhere. We chose elephantcarhire.net based on their reviews here and other sites it was a great decision. The rates they offer are very similar but they work with much better suppliers. It makes a lot of difference! We will use Elephant from now on.

This company has always provided a excellent service to me for the 3 times I have used them. I have never had any hassle when picking up the car for the airport and the car I have got has always been in excellent order.
I made a mistake when choosing a car out last time out as and they couldn't do enough to to help us, they was so helpful and they sorted out my mistake.
From my personal experience, they are the best company I have used in the past 8 years.
