Just started using it but the over whelming chemical smell stopped us using it for at least 1 weeks. We let it air, turned it on high for a few days and we can start to use it but not close to our face where it still stinks. Hopefully it will fade over time

I love it! I have had three surgeries on my back, this has been awesome! It’s so convenient and easy. I leave it sitting on my lounge use it first thing in the morning and then during the day as a pitstop and it helped heaps and love the fact that it heals as well as heats up area

I probably shouldn’t use it every day but I am 69 and I do a lot of heavy gardening so it has helped a lot thank you

I was sceptical to see if it would work. I bought one for my daughter who suffers Endo pain and I have an injured shoulder/neck. Using them every day for 20 mins has been wonderful and we both notice a difference in using this product.

I've loved the infrared belt. It has been so good for my lower back pain/osteoarthritis and any other injuries my family has had. . Its so soothing and also helps with relaxation which helps me fall asleep after using it.

I tried the mat for a few months. It doesn’t work for chronic arthritis or degenerative spine conditions. May work for soft tissue etc, can’t say.

We are absolutely amazed by the results we have had with our red light therapy machine!

I originally purchased it after having ongoing problems with the cracks on my feet that had been causing me difficulty walking for almost two years. I had tried different creams and treatments without getting the results I was hoping for.

I started using the red light therapy machine for just 10 minutes every second day, along with Hamilton 10% Urea Cream twice a day. Within about two weeks, I could already see a massive difference. Now, two months later, my feet are honestly fantastic. The improvement has been far beyond what I expected.

I bought the elite relief pad a few months ago for my brothers back injury which he said helped a lot! I stole it back for my shoulder rehab post op. My physio was stunned at my range of movement even 6weeka post op. Incredibly pleased how well the pad has worked and also my sister in law has seen big improvement since having ankle surgery. Thoroughly recommend the investment as it can be used on a variety of body areas !! 10/10

Our first purchase was the belt, not the Pro, and using it intensively (min 3 times a day) for 2 weeks, the bursitis pain in my hip went. I then bought the wrist band, and whilst it didn't help my wrist, we use it on our shoulders and for me, a very painful thoracic rib and this is definitely helping. Am about the buy the joint band and this will definitely get a real work out. I have paid for my daughter to have the joint band and have also recommended the belt to a friend. I highly recommend EliteRelief - the team there are very responsive and helpful.

I have had Gluteal Tendonopathy and hip bursitis for 18 months now. Could never sleep or walk without pain. I had cortisone injections and countless physio sessions. Since using the Elite relief Pro twice a day for 20 mins for the past month, I am virtually pain free and able to sleep again on my side.

Unfortunately it broke after the first use. EliteRelief were v responsive to my email but I’m still waiting for the replacement (it has been over a week and no notification it has been sent). Which is disappointing. I was interested in purchasing again however I wanted to be ensured of their customer service and now I’ve missed the Father’s Day sales. It has helped with my back but not sure it is helping with my daughter’s skin. Also the manual/directions could provide much more information.

Prompt attention to the issue with the device and a great outcome with a replacement. I am now back using the therapy pad again and getting relief for my chronic pain and joint conditions while I am waiting for surgery. I will use it to help with my recovery and re-hab.
