Hyvä kuntosali mutta henkilökunta siivoaa/imuroi treenatessa. Siellä on joitakin erikoislaitteita.

CCn salilla on huippua treenata. Painoja ja vempeleitä on aina riittävästi käytössä. Mukava henksu saa asiakkaan tuntemaan olonsa tervetulleeksi. Lisäksi nykyinen PTni tekee musta timanttia.

Unbelievable that if I’m a member that I cannot get even a 1 time pass to a gym location that is more convenient. No flexibility and feels like a money grab.

The response to this feedback is exactly what I’m referring to. Money grab. And just explaining to others that don’t expect the company to prioritize your health and wellbeing over money.

For example, having a yearly quota of visits to any gym, then afterwards a fee or then how about first time free, then scaled pricing. Everything tracked through the app and this isn’t rocket science.

But again, share holder, EBIT growth is priority so remember that when joining. PS not the first time in I’ve felt like this, and while I work in the software development and corporate space, I know there are better ways to treat your customers.

Keksikää pls joogatunneille joku muu tapa tuntilipukkeille kuin puhelinten ottaminen mukaan saliin! On ollut niin ihanaa kun joogasali on ollut puhelinvapaa alue🥰

Very bad services I would say. I was a member of different gym placed but Elixia was bad one. I was away abroad for many months and didn't get information about updating profile. When I came back to gym, show the QR code but they asked for ID card. How comes? I didn't bring it of course as usual when going to gym. They refused me to get in. The staff is not polite and flexible. I will never recommend anyone here and never renew it again
The price is expensive compared to other places. I don't think I deserve that kind of service I paid for.

The gym is clean and adequately equipped.

Huono kokemus. Elixiassa ei oo mitään joustoa. Olin jo peruuttanut jäsenyyteni ja varmistin asiakaspalvelijalta, että onko kaikki nyt kunnossa ja minulle ei tulee enää laskuja, johon asiakaspalvelija vastasi että kaikki on kunnossa ja ensikuun laskukin on jo maksettu. Siitä huolimatta sain kaksi perintälaskua, joista ei ollut tullut laskua minulle, vaan ne meni suoraan perintään! Niin epäreilua toimintaa ja kukaan ei ota vastuuta. Elixia on ketju, jolla ei varmasti ole rahasta pulaa. Surkeaa palvelua, ihmisten kusettamista ja rahastusta.

Kivat salit, asiakaspalvelu vastas nopee, en tajuu miks on saanu nöin huonot arvostelut

Elixia vaatii vuosisopimuksen teon jälkeen lain vastaisesti valokuvan ottamista 11.8.2025 mennessä jäseneltä vaikka kuvaa ei ole vaadittu sopimuksen teon yhteydessä, eikä kuvanotosta myöskään tässä yhteydessä mainittu. Asia on Suomen tietosuojavaltuutetun käsittelyssä, koska vastimus rikkoo tietosuojalakien määräyksiä. Elixia on estänyt jäsenten pääsyn kuntosaleille hekilöiltä, joista ei henkilökuvaa ole, vaikka jäsenmaksu on ajalta maksettu. Asia viedään myös kuluttajariitalautakunnan käsittelyyn ja siitä on ilmoitettu Elixialle.

There are two sides:
On the one hand the staff at every Elixia where I have been are friendly and helpful. And the gyms are clean and well stacked.

But: Elixia only cares about getting new customers, the in no way show they care about their loyal customers! I was a customer for 12 years and got nothing! You’d think that after 5 and 10 years they would give you a month free or at least a gift card to show some gratitude to a longstanding loyal customer, but no! Nothing! I heard friends who paid less than me cos of some deal but I couldn’t get it cos I was already a customer. So financially it’s not smart to be a loyal customer at Elixia. Fact!
