Eric Lindsey Music Avis

Where has Eric Lyndsey gone?
They were selling a drum kit for me.

Concerned of Catford.

Great service, delighted with the cymbal and really well packaged. Highly recommended

Eric sold me my first guitar back in the early 80's and today, Eric himself took the time on his day off, to hand deliver a second-hand Fender Stratocaster which I bought from his store online! I have bought a few guitars from Eric Lindsey Music over the years and the customer service offered by Eric and all his friendly staff is second to none. Eric Lindsey Music is a fantastic local guitar retailer with a great range of instruments and repair/set up services... I highly recommend Eric Lindsey Music to everyone from beginner to seasoned guitar player.

Excellent service, great guitar
Thanks

After a long web-search I concluded that Eric Lindsey were the only company who could provide me with a Bear "Plain" guitar strap. I have two of them already but I needed another so I ordered it and it arrived quickly and safely. A hard-to-find, quality item at a sensible price.

They are a Catford institution. A very friendly team with first class knowledge and great tech support. Have been buying from them since my teens (now in my 30's).

Long may they reign!

I had been looking for a long time for my ideal guitar. Eric Lindsey Music had one at a reasonable price and in A1 condition. The guitar has met every one of my very exact expectations and was delivered quickly and safe and sound. Fantastic service - try them!
Peter - one very satisfied customer.

My order was cancelled by the seller because their supplier was out of stock. Although this was inconvenient I’ve given them four stars because of the prompt notice and apology with an immediate refund.

Purchased a Epiphone Les Paul Koa second hand from these guys. Arrived today, beautiful guitar in excellent condition and as described on the website. The guys at Eric Lindsay called me up before posting it, let me know they were packing the guitar in an old guitar case for extra protection during transport, very much appreciated. As a first time internet buyer from these guys I cannot recommend them enough. Top notch service.

Excellent service! Had an issue which was quickly resolved. Cannot fault the service received (thanks Simon!) or the more than competitive pricing. I am very happy with my experience with this company and am happy to recommend them to anyone.

They dropped the price for me a little and set up the guitar perfectly for slide and dispatched it within a day. It was a pleasure to deal with Eric Lidsey Music

I submitted my email to get notifications when a product came back in stock and now I'm receiving emails asking for reviews on the "sale". The fines for GDPR breaches are pretty high so you want to take a look at how that happened.

Support local business. Item as described and delivered promptly. Good communication.

Excellent communication, replied to emails promptly and recieved the goods when stated.

Purchased a Gold Tone Electric Banjo at a fantastic discounted price. Following purchase was then phoned by the shop a day or so later explaining when I could expect it with the COViD implications. Banjo still arrived in very quick time, well packaged. Excellent transaction from start to finish, only wish I had a music shop like this local to me. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent service and quick delivery. Would use again.

Quick delivery and a great product at a good price - thank you

Great price for pedal after shopping around online. No issues, arrived reasonably quickly considering current pressures on delivery services.

best price online, good communication and a speedy delivery service.
thank you.
