They played

They played! Definitely a scam, the bra’s I received are NOT the bra’s I ordered on line!
False advertising going on here, I’m beyond disappointed, irregular cup and waist size, the cheapest polyester material they could find, I ordered two different bras, different names and different styles, why did they send me the same awful bras in two different colors, I mean the quality is dollar tree low, I could look at them and tell I’d been hustled!! I’m sending them back Today! If there’s a problem getting my money back $140 smackeroos, I will let it be known on every platform I see.

I’ve been a customer for years, but no sadly more

I’ve been a customer for years, sadly they have changed the wires and material to the point that the sizing and support given has changed for the worse.

The wires now offer barely any support, they twist and the back stretches and then rides up.

The straps are also of poor stretchy quality too.

Sadly, unable to use this brand any more, they have sadly cheapened what was once a wonderful product.

If they won't really take things back and deal with customers, just say so. Buyer beware. They aren't going to listen to you, even when you can prove they made a mistake.

Do not buy, poor quality and customer service!

Do not buy! Poor quality lingerie, if you report an issue to customer service they will call you a liar and refuse to refund or address your concerns. £44 for a bra that is no good after 35 days, would have been better off setting fire to my money.

Faulty elomi bras they take no responsibility

I buy a significant number of elomi bras as I have kidney failure and they don’t last me long with my sweat issue . I had bought a bra is January and only opened it in May. I kept getting a really bad rash and cuts under my boobs even from the first wear but thought I’d just a skin condition. After a couple weeks of cream , antibiotics and tablets I was in work snd the itch and pain was unbearable and I pulled the bra rather hard. The whole seem had come away and the razor sharp underwire had been causing me horrendous pain. I at this stage had worn it three four times and washed it once by hand . I contacted elomi to tell them what happened and that the item is faulty . This was first time I’d purchased from them online I normally use local shop. They blamed me for washing it in machine and refused to refund or replace. I followed all instructions. Like I said I buy lots of their bras as only maje that fits and they aren’t cheap at 50-60 pound each. Horrendous customer service and No responsibility taken fir a faulty item . The only one of dozens I’ve bought. It’s a lot of money to lose whenever you’ve barely worn something and it’s the manufacture at fault .

Schreckliche Qualität

Zu aller erst: Das gekaufte Bikini-Top ist wirklich sehr schön, sitzt toll, und ist genau wie auf den Bildern.

Leider ist das Top nach zwei Wochenenden am See und einmal Feinwäsche ohne Schleudern auch schon an zwei Stellen kaputt - der Bügel hat sich durchgedrückt und der Stoff scheint wirklich wahnsinnig schlechte Qualität zu sein. Er scheint sich um den Bügel herum geradezu aufzulösen. Bei noch keiner anderen Marke hatte ich solche Probleme, oft habe ich Bademode jahrelang getragen. Von daher kann ich vom Kauf leider nur abraten.

Very poor customer service for a faulty…

Very poor customer service for a faulty bra then had a strip of wire shed from the underwire and sliced my finger badly! Contacted them but they didn’t want to know. I’ve always like their bras but will be looking elsewhere now!

Do Not Buy From This Company

Ordered 2 bra's £45 each, I tried them on & wasn't happy to keep them as they were squeaky, to me that's poor quality, hence I sent them back, I received an email from customer services telling me that I wasn't entitled to a refund as the bra's were returned marked & soiled, I tried them on & that was all I did, how can that mark them, besides the fact I would not return marked bra's, now in a battle with them for my money back, they are scammers,Please Do Not Buy From This Company, I'm contacting Trading Standards about their disgusting allegations, out & out liars 😡

I bought a bra and I bought the pants…

I bought a bra and I bought the pants to match. The bra was too big so I re-ordered a different size and I kept the pants. The new bra also did not fit so I sent back both items as why would I keep the pants when I didn’t have the bra.? I went one step further and I wrote out a handwritten return for the pants because they came with the original first order and of course like I said I had sent the first bra back. So far so good. I was told by customer services that that was fine And that I would receive a refund for both. Fast forward 14 days 10 phone calls and a few emails. No reply to either. The customer service is absolutely diabolical. I still have not received my refund and I don’t know if I ever will. £53 down! I would never ever shop on this website again.

That is a given. I will also report these people to Trading Standards should my refund not go into my account within the next 24 hours. If you want to buy those bras or the swimwear, I would go to a different stockist but to be honest with you I don’t wanna buy anything from these people ever again. Be from their website or anywhere else, disgusting

Poor customer service!

I ordered a bra, as I had done once before. It should have arrived Wednesday last week, but the delivery service (UPS) didn't deliver it. Neither on Friday (Thursday was a public holiday), nor on Saturday. On Monday it was marked as delivered to me, but I wasn't even home. I contacted the customer support on Friday, they took until today (Tuesday) to reply, and they just told me that the UPS website says it's been delivered.
The bras are good quality, but if you want to buy them, I'd recommend visiting a physical store or, if you're in Germany like me, use the website for big bras (lace.de) as an intermediate, I've had great experience with them!

Poor customer care

The bra I ordered online ( at a cost of £42) arrived with numerous flaws on the lace of one cup. Sent pictures and lengthy email to Customer Service. The response was not what I expected. My email was sent on 29 July 2023. After lengthy telephone call I was invited to return the bra for “inspection” It was clear from the pictures there was serious flaws in the manufacture. However I returned the item for inspection as instructed and asked for a replacement. Sent a chaser email last night 16 August. No response to date and no replacement as yet. Very unimpressed.

Don’t know if you’ve got a problem with…

Don’t know if you’ve got a problem with your website but it’s not loading! A friend recommended but I’ve been sat nearly 20 mins trying to look for a bra and it’s either crashing out or just freezing and not loading! I’ve bought elsewhere now but Jes sort your website out
