AWFUL!!! Stay away from this dealer. Sold us a car with a slipping gearbox, no working air-conditioning and a slow puncture. Refusing to take it back. I am now having to go down a legal route. Used carfinance247 and autolend/lendable who are also being incredibly difficult and asking me to prove all the faults at a cost to me, I didn’t ask them to prove the car was working when I bought it. When I put a review on the dealers website, he responded with denying all knowledge about it! This shouldn’t be allowed.

I am writing this review on here because my review on their website keeps getting deleted by them after they threatened me to remove it! They are selling a Vauxhall Mokka on their website, this car SHOULD NOT BE SOLD as it has been passed through the MOT without any of the major defects being carried out! The jobs are worth over £2000, they are selling this car illegally and it is to dangerous to be on the roads!! They have added an extra £400 onto the sale of the car from when I purchased it of them back in November 2021. I would check every MOT on all cars before purchasing from this garage and check for receipts to see if the jobs have been carried out!! They have caused nothing but stress to me and they will cause more stress with others as they don't care about people's safety!!. The car was dropped off to them on the 08/06/22 and it was soon back on the market!. Trading standards have been contacted and the police will also be informed.

My husband bought a car back in March. Had a few issues from the start, crunching gears and oil leak which they said they fixed but haven't. The car recently broke down on the motorway. Took it to my local garage and we are told the car either needs a new head gasket or the cylinder head is cracked as the engine is pressurising. I've emailed and called to give them the opportunity to fix the issue but got zero response from them. They have known about the issue as they or the previous owner put K Seal in the engine. We are now £3k out of pocket and a car gathering dust. I would avoid buying anything off this company. Trading standards is my next point of call.
