I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. Their customer service is absolutely some of the best I've ever experienced, and their attention to detail, from keeping in contact with customers about their orders (with real, personalised messages, not automated responses) to the care taken in their packaging, is tremendous. My first order with them was on a whim, now they're my go-to company for collectables. Just brilliant.

I pre ordered a figure from emporium of cool and was very impressed with the level of service. I was kept up to date with emails throughout the whole process of the expected arrival to their store and the delivery to my address. Its definitely not something that any other shop does that I've ever brought from and I thought it was a really nice touch. The figure arrived well packed and on time. I ordered the Mafex Hush Superman & Batman figures and they are awesome. The figures came 2 days early and very well packaged and all the packaging is biodegradable.

The figures were about £15 cheaper in Emporium of Cool to anywhere else. The customer service is brilliant

Fantastic, Quick Service and for great price for a genuine figure. I purchased the Ronin Jango Fett it arrived within in 2 days via Royal Mail very well packaged with bubble wrap and foam peanuts. Also, I had a few questions and had to change my address which were both acted on swiftly to make sure my parcel wasn't delayed. I will certainly be purchasing from Emporium of Cool again!

Just wow these guys are very serious what they doing I am impressed every time. Even during pandemic 29/01/2021 my NECA Predator arrived around 2-3 working days (I say this coz other UK collectables shop/websites stores are very slow delivering compared to Emporium of Cool Ltd)

Bought 2 items from this store, through eBay. Firstly, Mezco Logan; came in such a short time and over the Christmas period, very impressed. Second, Revoltech Wolverine. In a setting were Revoltech fakes are sold left, right and center... It was genuinely great being able to buy a genuine product for competitive pricing!

I also returned a Nanotech Iron Man. I paid for this figure up front and Emporium of Cool contacted me to inform me that the figure did not come with hands and feet, only the nanno-attachments and due to this, did I still want to go through with my purchase. They did not have to do this, they could have quite easily sent the figure without a single word. I returned and the money was refunded instantly on their half. (All worked out though, spent a few more quid on the Revoltech!)

Will definitely be using this store again!
