During February, we observed the Lunar New Year holiday, during which our property management services and suppliers were temporarily suspended.
However, prior to the holiday, we communicated with all our customers; any customers experiencing shipping delays were offered a complimentary pair of Chrome Hearts socks as a gift.
We are confident that our customer service team has already reached out to you. Furthermore, as logistics operations have now fully resumed, the shipping status of your order has undoubtedly been updated. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our online customer support team.
Didn't ship in time
Didn't ship in time, i was speaking to someone for help and they were talking junk to him about me, responding to him but not me ( the customer ) about why my order hasn't been shipped or delivered.

They didn’t reply on questions we had until the shoes were delivered. We thought something was wrong due to long delivery time. But in the end we got everything!

Sorry, friend, there is a time difference between us.
However, as long as you contact us via email or WhatsApp, we will reply within 24 hours (excluding holidays, which may cause delays).
We provide cross-border services. Due to the need for manual handling of customs duties and clearance procedures, logistics may be delayed during peak seasons. Therefore, please wait for updates. We hope you receive your desired goods.
Thank you for your feedback. We will strive to improve our response speed and logistics efficiency.

If you purchased merchandise worth $66 but were charged an amount of $7,000, we maintain that this transaction is not associated with our orders. This is because, in the event of any billing discrepancies, we invariably contact the customer—or respond to customer feedback—to verify the details with the bank.
The bank, in turn, provides us with authentic documentation confirming the actual transaction amounts.
Although we operate as a cross-border platform, we will not tolerate any baseless or outrageous defamation.
