excellent gym! Great facilities! Now i look forward to getting to the gym more than ever! Getting in better shape with Energie gym than with any other gym i have been in plus the best deal available when you sign up for the yearly membership! And the staff are the best!

The communication through the app…
The communication through the app platform I'm not finding great...I've put myself on waiting lists for classes since I've started...and the onetime there was a spot available to which I got no notification of...instead I get a text stating to remeber to cancel any class booked because i didn't show up...i didn't know i had the class ??

HIIT classes with Dan push you to your limits, they’re intense but fun at the same time! Really encouraging instructor!

I was working out on Monday 3pm and…
I was working out on Monday 3pm and noticed the gents toilet needed a clean. I was there again the following morning and the toilet was still dirty.

Would suggest more classes to be…
Would suggest more classes to be available especially in the morning. There is only 1 class each morning at 6.30 then the next one isn't until after 9am. Would be so much better if there could be an additional class put on for 7am/7.30

Absolutely brilliant gym, the instructors are very helpful and welcoming. The classes offered are a great way to be introduced to exercising or the gym itself is fantastic for individual work outs 😁 I'm so happy to be a member

Mostly bad customer service
Mostly bad customer service, only 1 of most machines, so you always have to wait. I only go there because I’m in a small town and this is literally the only option available at walking distance.
Great spinning teacher Thomas! For sure his classes are the best thing at the gym.

Staff are very helpful easy to approach as a first time gym person I felt very uneasy walking threw the doors but thanks to staff I have never felt comfortable somewhere

Best gym in Balbriggan
Loving this new state of the art gym! The design and decor is super slick with all brand new equipment, plus it’s the most affordable in the area. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Thanks to all at EnergyFitness
