Great staff- gym needs cleaning/updating
Brentford branch- Nice staff, good machines, but overall gym could be a lot cleaner and could do with a lick of paint. I have been a member for almost a year but only used the ladies bathroom there once. I will never use the shower facilities owing to the lack of cleanliness.

I would definitely not have joined if there had been another gym nearby
I try to be fair and objective, but...
- Machines are poorly maintained and often don't work ok
- Many lockers are broken and full
- Changing room is smelly and run down
- Macho atmosphere
Only reason I go there is because it is nearby.

This is a good and well run local gym
This is a good and well run local gym, with friendly staff and locals. Can get a bit cramped at busy times as it's not that big.

The closing time is unfair
The closing time is unfair.
Saturday and Sunday times are decent, but closing times on all days should be extended.
The range of machines is challenging. I’d argue there needs to be an increase in variety or type. Especially in terms of cable machine another one would do wonders. More leg machines. And another chest machine, the one next to the water fountain.

Great gym...
I have to say that in general it’s a great gym for the price..... the only problem I do see is the studio definitely needs a regular good clean, as do the mats, lots of anti- bacterial available to clean our hands definitely needed..... I would maybe like to see more fun classes like Bollywood... thank you.

I love this gym
I love this gym, staff are very professional, helpful and really fun. The equipment is in good condition. I'm happy to be a member for the last 3 years and I don't intend to quit.
