Energie Fitness - Bridgend Avis 

I had Ben as my induction to the gym and he was very friendly and very committed person who helped me to gain confidence in and even outside of the gym. He is very complimentary of your progress and gives you a rough guide on exercises and advice on stretching the body.

I have not yet done any of the classes but I need to get used to it first.

I would highly recommend Energie fitness to anyone.

A fantastic gym with 24 hour access, in a great location, with all the equipment you could need. On the few occasions I visited, there was always equipment available, and I never had to wait to use anything.

Unfortunately due to the cost of living crisis I could no longer afford the two subscriptions I was paying for, and the manager (Wendy) was more than helpful in coming to an agreement with us to terminate our contracts early.

I would recommend any looking for a gym to try Energie Fitness first.

Gym is quality, equipment is up to date and very modern one thing I’d say is the changing rooms, too small and needs an extraction fan in there for after showers

I have just joined the gym after my old one closed down.I have joined with my son and really impressed with the types of equipment and excellent surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere for training and very helpful staff

My experience has been a fairly good one apart from people staying to long on machines whist on their mobile phones which results in me not getting to use the equipment I want.

Been a member for a while now enjoying the gym all the equipment and all the staff are really helpful and friendly . Been training for years now and I've never been to a gym where the staff are so welcoming and very knowledgeable 10/10 great gym

Such nice people not judge mental and are willing to help just a great a atmosphere

Very clean premises, staff are so knowledgeable in regards to all aspects of fitness.
I especially like the classes and the fact that staff push you to your limits so as to get the best results for you.
Would definitely recommend this gym.

In terms of the gym the staff are lovely and it’s got all the gym equipment and more you could ask for but when it comes to the membership itself it’s a 12 month rolling contract which also auto renews even if you state that you do not which for it to renew before it ends. The cancellation process is a nightmare you have to exchange many emails and even then you do not get to the bottom of the cancellation process. Defiantly something to be mindful of before signing up.

Very happy, iv never been one to be a gym regular, but since joining this gym I have really enjoyed going, and there is great equipment

Staff is absolutely amazing all down to earth amazing people awesome for advice when needed overall brilliant ☺️

Friendly staff and equipment and classes to suit most needs.

Lovely gym and staff. Very clean and tidy. Can get busy at times but generally enough alternative equipment to do my training.
