Excellent
I have been their member on and off and it has been a lovely experience. They are clean, spacious and very well equipped. Their classes are good too. There is virtual help too.
Olga is supremely good, kind and understanding. She has been immensely helpful. Cannot thank and recommend enough.

Welcoming and Great Vibes
Warmly welcomed by the staff at Energie, no newcomer awkwardness. Classes conducted by Candice are always fun, encouraging and energetic. Great gym with very friendly staff. I often struggle going to gyms mainly due to the clients and feeling like im being judged however do not feel this way here. Energie is always clean and tidy as the team enforce a put yoir weights back policy.

Hi there, so sorry for your experience. If I haven't contacted you, please let me have your name on our email: brooklands@energiefitness.com. If a freeze is requested by a member on the website, it is clearly stated that freeze can be requested for one month, after that a full monthly charge automatically resumed. It is member's responsibility to check their bank statements and come forward so we can rectify any mistakes on our side, which is usually resolved within 48 hours.
