I really like this gym
I really like this gym. It's very clean, tidy, and organised. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym has all the equipment I need for a good workout. It's also a good price and won't break the bank!

Very welcoming
Very welcoming, friendly, helpful staff, affordable membership and lots of options for workouts.
Thomas was gave me an induction that was really clear and helped me feel at ease in the gym!
It might be useful to know that if you want a locker brings your own padlock!
Website and app are a bit tricky to use.

Lunch time training
I try to go to the gym during my lunch, 3 times a week. I only get to train for 40 mins at a time. This gym is ideal for the money and there is a lot of equipment to use too. It's especially ideal if you are doing weight training although there are a lot of cardio machines to use!
Only downside is that the showers are freezing; however although I use the shower each visit, I have never seen another person use it and therefore with the rising price of electricity/gas, I can understand why you would not pay for hot water!

Easy to get into, hard to get out of!
It's so easy to get into Energie Fitness. Walk through the door, register, pay and get to work! But try the reverse! You can't cancel your membership at the gym, you must request cancellation by e-mail, you will not hear back, your request will be ignored, and EF will continue to charge you! Prepare to burn some calories (and cash) dealing with this!

The staff are always really helpful answering my questions and encouraging me to push myself. Theone’s classes are killers but I always feel motivated and like I have achieved something by the end.

Could be improved
It’s a good gym, Artem, Michaela and Richard are very helpful and polite the gym equipment takes ages to be fixed and there is a lack of carabiners on the cable machines but overall a great place to workout.
