A great helpful gym
This gym is the best I have ever joined .
I have been a gym member now for 3 years this summer coming and they are extremely helpful, welcoming and warm when you are using the gym. If you have any questions they are more than happy to help . The gym equipment is also 10/10 .

Great gym with even better staff
Great gym with even better staff.
Always get a Hi when entering and a Cya soon when leaving.
Staff are always more than happy to help when needed, when dealing with machines etc.
Been to a couple gyms in Carlow and none compare to Énergie from a girls prospective anyway.
Only bad thing to say is when it’s busy it may be hard to get machines or space on the benches but that’s a given with all gyms.

A staff member sending my girlfriends personal details and we went too the management and they told us they were looking into it but that staff member was not punished and is still working there

I can assure you this matter was dealt with very seriously and the correct disciplinary actions and meetings were taken. The above staff no longer works as part of our internal team here at Energie Fitness Carlow.

Good experience so far with Energie Fitness membership.
Everyone friendly & welcoming even if your new to weights/machines. Best thing of all is having access to excellent instructors such as Lesley Dempsey, Zumba & Laura Lochab, Yoga 👏👏

I have chosen 5 stars to make sure it will be read. Energy Fitness does not deal with the payments but with a third party company. If you have are overcharged (which happened to me) you have no one to deal with your problems as The Energy Fitness will send you to payments processing provider and the provider will tell you that you need to speak to Energy Fitness. Everything became a back and forth, time and energy consuming experience. I would not recommend this company and be aware of the pitfalls of the payments process as I have been overcharged. They don’t care about their customers, they don’t deal with customers issues.
