It’s a good gym overall, however the signing in system is not good; as you have to touch the fob to sign in and if you are few mins late for your class; then it doesn’t mark you in and flashes red... Voir plus

Since joining
Since joining I have not been shown how to use the equipment. I was given a quick tour round and told what each area is but nothing else. I was never asked what my experience level is to get an understanding of this and to assess if a greater level of induction is needed. The expectation is on me asking for support if needed.
I have asked for help several times and the response as been friendly and instant.
The gym its self is compact, has a good range of equipment and friendly helpful staff. Thought the induction process could be improved

Steam Sauna!
Although chingford branch is nice small and friendly, it's close to where I live but there's one important thing missing that would bring even more costumers....a steam sauna, when you exercise and work your muscles etc it's important to have a steam sauna too not only showers.

I am new to this gym and signing up is the best thing I have done, I am really enjoying working gout and I cant wait to see progress

Really lovely space that's maintained…
Really lovely space that's maintained and kept clean. Up to date equipment that's interactive and the gym is never overcrowded so get to thoroughly enjoy my workout undisturbed. Staff are all super friendly and helpful!

Energie Excellent Customer Service
I have been really impressed with the overall service from Energie Fitness. There sign up was easy and fast. No complications with direct debit set up. I appreciated their no contract policy. Really nice and engaging staff. My best experience thus far with a fitness provider.

The gym is overloaded
The gym is overloaded. I haven’t seen so many people in one place. Waiting on a queue for some exercises. Otherwise the location is good and the access is easy. Many benches, not enough weights. Some machines are missing. This is my honest opinion!

Gym is clean with enough weights and…
Gym is clean with enough weights and equipment for me. I like the machines have a QR code on so you can view video on how to use the machine.
Only small downside is the classes are in the area in the corner of the gym and not a separate studio and I would of love this area to be a lot bigger. I’ve done classes in the past with 8 people and that already feels quite cramped, although that might be the maximum amount of people allowed. This is the only reason why I’ve dropped a star because I love classes especially with a large capacity of people, then you get motivated with great vibes, I still will continue with classes even in the smaller space.
The gym is well lit with lots of windows to let in natural light. Staff are friendly and always get greeted by them. I recommend if you are looking for a gym with no frills.

Fraud!
At the end of August, I told them that I want to cancel my membership but the next the they charged me money for September and when I asked them for a refund, they told me “we have a 30 day cancellation notice policy” which they haven’t told me about before that and it was my first time hearing that

Gym is not very big but got all that you need for a good work out. Clean and bright as well. Friendly staff great music.

The gym is small but
The gym is small, but always clean and has enough equipment for my needs. Most people who go there seem to be cool and respect each other. A good balance of different genders. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Music needs to be more varied
I find the music suited to anyone who likes hip pop or RNB as the don't play anything else, this can be pretty annoying. Also no mention of free WiFi so we can use our own music. The place is too small for the number of members.

Total scam, worst gym ever
They do false advertising on monthly price and costs while they recruit you, and the hidden cost are inside the contract that they purposely present in a click and go format ( so if you're set on joining these scammers take your time and read it thoroughly, don't do what i did). Their gim equipment is basic and scarce and the PT team only cares about people if they're paying 1 on 1. To leave the brand you also have to pay a fee and their opening times are crap. Worst gym in London.

The closing timing should more longer…
The closing timing should more longer like other gyms its a contract otherwise i probebly left this gym because of the closing timings cuz iam not be able to come every day cuz i finish late somtimes my work....
