Energie Fitness - Deeside Avis 

It was so easy to sign up and the staff were friendly. They were helpful in demonstrating the equipment and offering advice on how to reach my fitness goals

First two months fob was blocked and I was only able to make it late evening, has now been rectified but frustrating that first two months was wasted
Classes are not also very clear for me on what they involve

All good. Small but cozy gym. Nice and attentive management/staff. Perhaps a couple of more new pieces of equipment? Bigger building? That would lift the existing satisfaction level even more. No complaints really.

I’ve had a break from the gym in recent months and had previously been a member at a different gym. However, I made the decision to come back to Energie and I’m so happy to be back. The facilities are fantastic and the 24 hour opening means I can train before my 6am shift.

I love being a member at Énergie. I tend to do more classes in the day and for the first time in ages I’ve felt welcome and have a laugh with instructors and gym members. Regardless of your fitness level, everyone supports each other.
Staff are very welcoming and happy to help with anything you need. Great range of equipment to use.
All gyms are busy at peak times so the beauty of Énergie is its 24 hours so gives you more opportunity to go when it’s quieter

I would highly recommend. I always enjoy my classes I've learnt alot doing the classes and also out on gym floor. I've never had a bad experience. And all the staff are great and very friendly 🙂

Love this gym great atmosphere fab classes the staff make every effort to help you and improve. Prices are reasonable a month and you can cancel easily at any time.

Lauren is fantastic in her role, she made me feel very welcome and supported when I was unsure with equipment.

Good gym, although they could use a wide ranger of equipment. Also gets very busy at peak. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Never experienced better customer service within a budget gym! Every member of staff is so friendly, supportive and willing to help! Can't reccomend highly enough.

Lovely friendly club with a great atmosphere, would recommend to anyone!

Staff are lazy, more interested in being on their phones on Snapchat. Even as I type this watching Keiran texting ignoring a member waiting to be helped. The PTs even when conducting sessions are on their phones as soon as clients backs are turned. Seb and Lizzie are the only staff that greet members or acknowledge them, or even pick up any cleaning equipment. The rest are unfriendly and unapproachable.
The gym itself is dirty and staff are disinterested, the only shining light is Seb and if he leaves the club will crumble

Have been a member at Energie Deeside for just over two weeks and this is the first gym in the area, I feel comfortable using. There are a mixture of people who attend but they are all to get on and workout. The staff team at Energie are amazing and are there to make you feel comfortable and welcome. No question is a silly question and they out the time in to make sure you’re happy. You won’t find a better gym to attend within the area.

Great personnel,clean,lots of possibilities to do different workouts but I personally would put more legs machines and some triceps machine also. But overall great gym.

Instructors are supportive, welcoming, chilled. I've always found enough equipment. Love the classes I do.. not too long or short and I'm challenged.. just what I need. Team inspired me to a life time wish - walk Snowdonia..

Amazing gym, extremely engaged staff, they can’t do enough for you, they are so friendly and approachable.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else
