It was good but they recently moved the…
It was good but they recently moved the machines around and put the weight section in a much smaller room upstairs, it is now VERY crowded and hard to get a spot there. On top of that one of the pieces of equipment where you could do inclined sit ups disappeared which was a part of my every day workout. This location could defintiely be better.

Have had great experience with my PT on…
Have had great experience with my PT on staff at Energie. My trainer was always going above and beyond to tailor exercises to me, so I could work out even when I got injured.
Really happy with my personal experience, would for sure recommend, have actually done so before.

Energie Fitness: The Best PTs, Helping You Discover The Best You
Can’t praise Energie Fitness enough. My PT of many years, Paul Starrs, is now the General Manager there, and he not only the best trainer I’ve ever had in my life, but I’ve also seen him teach fitness classes, and manage people, and he is extraordinary. He is also 100% dedicated to his work at Energie. His staff and fellow trainers are the same.
The team there is always working to develop new, accessible, and exciting fitness options for people of all ages of abilities. From a size 18 to a size 8, I’ve never felt judged, just supported in the process of getting stronger and healthier. That is super rare in a gym, especially when it comes from the top down.
Don’t be afraid to come in and try a class, ask questions, meet people, find out about PT programs, or just find out for yourself why this place has so many loyal clients. They are not about pushing you to look good for them. They are about helping you to push yourself to feel good for you.

Overall experience is satisfying but…
Overall experience is satisfying but some dumbells are broken. The whole cardio section should be on the one floor and weight lifting section should be on the other floor but things are messed up there. Need to move 2-3 times ups and downs for weight lifting exercises.

Energie 8 is the best quality-price gym in Dublin.
It stands out above all for the incredible staff it has, all the trainers are charming, very professional and care about the well-being and satisfaction of the clients.
After the request of several clients, they have increased the number of classes and now you have a very good and varied offer.
I am currently very happy and would recommend anyone in the area to join.

If you are classic member you are eligible to participate in our Blast Classes (available at selected clubs), to gain access to all classes upgrade to a WOW! or Epic membership.
