Small gym with cardio and weights areas, swimming pool with sauna and steam room. Free parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very pleased with my membership.

it's a very friendly place with the relaxed atmosphere. Not crowded at the times I go. The staff are all very helpful. the swimming pool is great, clean but not full of chemicals!

Overall the gym is ok. However the swimming pool could do with some maintenance. Also the locker room. Some things are dirty, parts missing or loose in the toilet/shower.
The staff seems friendly.

Brilliant reason price and great value for money and good facilities

A well equipped and friendly gym!
Energies has all the essential equipment and facilities that I require and more... a good selection of bars, racks, plates, cables and dumbbells up to 50kg.
Like most gyms, peak times can be a squeeze around the free-weights, but the welcoming, helpful instructors and friendly members give each other space and don't make this obvious.
In all, a great local gym, amazing value, versatile membership, whats not to like!
Would recommend a visit!

Friendly atmosphere and a good range of facilities

Great friendly staff in your East a grinstead gym. Always a smile on their faces and more than willing to help! Only been a couple times, but definitely planning on coming back!

The staff are super friendly and helpful and even remember your name after just 1 visit! Nothing is too much trouble. They have created a lovely environment, it's not intimidating at all. You can tell the staff genuinely care and are passionate in what they do.

A lot of weights. friendly staff

This gym is amazing, there is a really good positive vibe here and the staff are friendly and say Hi when you arrive (unlike some other gyms nearby when no member of staff spoke in the three years I was a member). The equipment is a little dated but is fully usable and changing area could do with a bit of a revamp, but in a way this is all part of the atmosphere here. A really good gym that I am glad to me a member of.

The atmosphere is friendly, staff are welcoming. The only thing that stops me giving a five is that they are a bit behind on repairs. Some machines are damaged/out of use/getting old. Overall, a great experience.

I am very happy we chose énergie Fitness! The gym has everything we need - free weights, machines, a swimming pool, a sauna and much more... The staff is very polite and friendly. It is the perfect place for me and my partner.

I enjoy the swimming and saunas as well as the classes. (I like that the swimming pool has natural light from above .) My fitness is improving from the aerobic classes which I enjoy doing .
