Very clean with friendly staff
Very clean with constant cleaning to put you at ease in the Covid world. Friendly staff always willing to help and fun atmosphere. Really enjoy it.

Excellent classes
Excellent classes, second only to a live class in the gym, but on the plus side more convenient as can be done at home without the need to travel. Then there are the on demand classes -videos that can be viewed anytime, which allows you to train or stretch etc to suit your personal schedule; so what more could you want during these C19 lockdown times? I hope they keep them going after as well as an extra option when life returns to normality.

All the staff are absolutely great
All the staff are absolutely great. They always greet you and say goodbye, the premises are super clean too. I've been a member of a few gyms but this is bar far the best. Thanks to all at Energie Fitness, East Grinstead. Alexis :)

My Energie on line experience
Love the Energie on line classes , have been doing 13 classes per wk .
Jasmin and Beth work well together in their core hiit and body conditioning , they keep me motivated , full of overflowing energy and make exercise fun and welcoming.
Iris also makes us all very welcome in her pilates classes she is very caring and very keen to keep us all included individually which is lovely . It is so good to see them taking our regular gym classes, next best thing to actually being there in the gym , it makes me very happy. Thank you x

I haven’t been to the gym for over a…
I haven’t been to the gym for over a year but have been using your zoom classes 3 times a week and have found them useful and very convenient.

Online classes
I’ve really enjoyed all the online classes particularly the local classes with our familiar instructors. It’s very friendly and delivered in a fun but professional manner. The Wifi connection is sometimes not great but for me it doesn’t detract from the enjoyment of it .

Fantastic gym
The online classes have been fantastic during lockdown. I have a broader range of classes than offered at my local gym at all hours of the day.
In my opinion, the recent changes made to the online platform are not as user friendly. It was better before when you could book all online classes from one place. This is not something the local branch is responsible for as this seems to come from head office.
The local staff are amazing and have worked hard to provide a clean, safe gym environment when allowed to open.

Jaz and Beth do a fantastic job at East Grinstead Énergie.
Jaz and Beth do a fantastic job with their Core and body con classes.
They make a huge effort to make it fun yet challenging.There can be issues with the signal that effects the delivery but they always manage to keep going and never show any frustration.Totally professional.
Their enthusiasm has really helped me to keep going during this latest lockdown, they never let us down and so I don’t want to let them down.

So pleased that the gym kept classes…
So pleased that the gym kept classes going via zoom. Both classes I had never done before but so enjoying body conditioning with Beth and Jaz and then Pilates with Iris. They have made sure you only work to your level so no pressure to overdo the moves. Still miss my Zumba class with Claire who I hope will return when she has is fit and well. Also missing aqua but hopefully this will return in a couple of months.

I have really enjoyed the pilates…
I have really enjoyed yhe pilates sessions with Iris on line and hope some can continue after lockdown as it so much easier to get a place and be able to do pilates regularly.

On line services were extremely …
On line services were extremely welcome during lockdown. It was very varied both online and services on line A added bonus was to able to share my experience with my membership with a friend during lockdown. Iam looking forward to when the gym are open. I do hope the online and and demand services continue as you are not always to get into the classes as numbers are restricted . A very helpful and friendly gym and wonderful services.

I love Energie Fitness
I love Energie Fitness! Great staff, welcoming and unintimidating atmosphere, and all the equipment you need. I'm enjoying the classes and the general gym area. Covid procedures make it feel like I'm working out safely. More than once staff have been really helpful and shown me how to use the equipment safely and properly. Love it.

Excellent gym
Excellent gym. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Good equipment, and they are vigilant with cleaning it down frequently, and making sure gym users are doing the same. The opening hours are really long, so really flexible and easy to fit in a workout when I need to
