Energie Fitness - Eltham Avis 

The team at energie Eltham are a friendly one. You know you don't get that feeling you're looked down on if you don't look like one of the cast of Magic Mike. The ladies in the gym are not leered at and treated with respect as far as i can tell..so that adds to the vibe.

Great Gym! Always happy to use its equipments.

It’s friendly, and I like that I rarely wait for a machine. I can get in an out efficiently to get on with my day.

Not a bad gym when there’s only a small number of ppl training, not enough equipment otherwise. We’ve left because to many kids there defo under age training in shoes and blazers in groups of up to 5/6 taking ages on machines. If you’re 18 or below this is the gym for you. On of the staff even admitted that there were 15 year olds training there

I like to get in do a couple of hours then go, but if I wanted to do classes the staff have been really helpful in advising me which ones to do

Currently a member. Terrible smell in the gym as you walk in like damp and mould

No ventilation so very uncomfortable to work out in.

The facilities and the staff are excellent; you have everything you need to improve your body no matter your level.
If I don't give 5 stars is because there are no paper cups for drinking water, there is only one fountain in the ground floor, and there are no many clocks on the walls where you can track your exercises (there is only one on the first floor, digital, only hours and minutes, but no seconds.

Very good communication skills from gym instructor, good location, and also the equipments are fantastic

classes are very good although getting on them particularly yoga means crack of dawn to apply. gym staff friendly and helpful. everything always clean.

Just visited the Eltham gym today and all the people there were so friendly and accommodating. I signed up straight away. Loved that there was a great mix of males and females in the gym

Not enough Hot showers or Toilets. Only four showers in men’s changing rooms, two hot two cold showers. Changing rooms always too dark

I cancelled literally a few days after I joined well within their 14 day cool off period (and they approved the cancellation) but I've already received an email from harlands (their debt collection agency) threatening me about the money plus a 20 pound charge. Avoid this gym at all costs.
Edit: Changing my review to 2 stars because calling harlands helped to cancel this but ridiculous that this is the procedure for this.

Very great little gym, where all the staff makes you feel like you’re at home.
Regular classes as well and follow up if needed for you fitness journey. Shoutout to the PTs that makes us come back every week to sweat during the classes :)

Very good gym nice and clean and nice staff always here to help u and they keep in contact with you to see how u get on but wood be nice if they can get some more equipment in the gym and the price of the gym is good

Such arrogant and annoying management with lack of privacy and confidentiality breach.

Since very first sign up mislead with gym membership and cancellation policy.

After visiting their premises in Eltham I refused to train in this gym and had to pay cancellation fee even never trained there.

I paid the fine and asked to delete my data from their system and never contact me.

They are still sending me emails and text messages about their offers and memberships.

A huge concern with data protection!

Stay away from this company!

Friendly helpful staff, good equipment, 10 minutes walk from where I live, reasonably priced for membership and a positive environment.

The Staff Is Friendly And Welcoming,Was Happy To Help In Any Support If Was Needed,When I Am Able To Attend The Gym I Am Able To Go On Equipment And Use It Till I’m Finished Which Is Always Nice.It A Very Clean Gym And See There Is Cleaning Spry To CleN Equipment Once Finished,Very Happy When I’m Able To Visit

Nice atmosphere
