I have worked here for a couple days…
I have worked here for a couple days now and I must say I enjoy working with my colleagues there all so supportive and never fail to help me when I need help , my managers are also really lovely this is the place to be.

My day 3 at the gym no difference to…
My day 3 at the gym no difference to the cleanliness during this covid period I took some pictures but unfortunately trust pilot doesn't allow me to post it.. although the staff tried being very friendly as the owner was in but once he left everything went back to square one no attention to the area at all

This is certainly not meeting the high standards we set ourselves at énergie Fitness. We aim to have our gyms cleaned frequently throughout the day during this time of heightened hygiene awareness. It will be useful they have a class to…
It will be useful they have a class to show how to use the boxing bags to people whom never used them.
Another useful option is to charge individually the extra classes for people to try to see if they like them and then they can change to premium if they wish.

I had bad experience unfortunately
I had bad experience unfortunately, I couldn't cancel my membership for months, no phone number to call to, I have to get back to the gym to cancel., they said you must first do it online eventhough I disnt have have an account setup .I have to set up one and this takes for two weeks to call to them ,as the system is bad. Finally after cancel they even took money out of my account, finally I went to the bank and closed my direct payment with this gym. My daughter account still not working, we couldn't cancel I call them several times and they took my number and manager will call you and they never call me yet,but I clothd my direct payment. I fell this is almost a scam if anyone decided to leave they membership . I don't advise anyone to register there .

I am very sorry to hear that you have found the cancellation process frustrating. The best way to cancel your membership is through our Member Zone: https://members.energiefitness.com/. As you said, you did not have an account set up, this should not have been the case as every member is set up with an account when they sign up to énergie Fitness.
A possible explanation for you being charged after you had cancelled your membership is because we have a 30-day cancellation period therefore you may have outstanding membership fees. If this still doesn't seem right then please contact your gym either through phone/email or actually going in to the gym.

You charged me an extra 20 pound when I have been paying my monthly fee . Don’t make sense I am leaving and going pure gym
