Almost everything you want is there, considering the limited space available. Also, the flexibility afforded in terms membership, is a win-win situation for both users and the provider.

The Gym price is very competitive value.
The equipment is adequate.
The unisex toilets does at times feel uncomfortable.
The lockers are good.
The classes look good.
The location for me is excellent.
We could do with more improved cycle parking facility, as the current ones are not secure you can only lock your wheels to it.
The shower in the men's changing room does not regulate a constant temperature, people are always verbally complaining to the staff about this.
At times the changing room is dirty mainly since October, if they left a mop and bucket out I would clean it after I showered, some of us have been trained and hold certificates on how to use a mop.
Although there are times when its very busy some of the staff could be a bit more friendly at times, this goes a long way in a business.

I am trying this gym and i want to continue and lose weight.

I want to take a exercise fitness class soon.

I always try to lock my gyms things away as their are thieves.

I think the staff are helpful but i could use help with the equipment.

I think energy fitness could use decorating.

Good staff and equipments. I hope the time for different classes change from week to week, because for some times I am not available to attend the classes I want to go. And the time table is the same every week so I can never attend these classes.

I have been a engergie gym member for over ten years. I like attending Holloway gym because I love spin class with Petra, and staff (Jade and David) are really helpful friendly and supportive Therefore, I would like to thank them for their ongoing support and advice.
The gym is small and fairly clean, Therefore, this area needs to be improved

The quality of the gym equipment is good and having new spin bikes makes my workout feel more comfortable as I struggle with scatica and other physical aliments
So spin has enhanced my physical/mental well-being needs.
The gym is fairly small however the atmosphere is warm and friendly

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.

I was not happy with the fact that more was taken, than agreed with from my account and WiFi doesn't work. Other than that.... The gym is great...

Great service, friendly motivated staff with different membership options to suit … class’s are very good .. EF highbury is great because if I want to go gym a little later in the evening it’s very accessible with plenty of shops and life around as I leave the centre..

no frills, clean, friendly, diverse equipment. David Hernandez is my PT at the gym for both resistance training and boxing. Could not have asked for a better PT.

The gym is really warm and Air conditioning doesn’t work well in either the larger gym space or the room used for classes. Recent class felt very uncomfortable temperature wise.

Too crowded for such a small space, not able to keep distance from other members when using equipment or exercising on the floor. Hazard for a serious injury.

Lovely, friendly staff. Always ready and available to help. Great equipment and a reasonable amount of space to work out. I usually go after 8pm and it's not too busy.
