Lovely local gym with approachable, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great classes- I attend the yoga and pilates here- never disappointed with regular helpful teachers. Great value for money.

Really enjoying this gym. Venus is incredibly kind and given I was nervous joining the gym she always makes me feel comfortable and welcome, especially on my first day.

Staffs are really friendly and helpful, the gym itself is not over crowded.

Friendly team and exceptional value
Very friendly team and exceptionally good value. I was a member of PureGym before but in my opinion Energie is miles better and very well priced. I had done PT sessions with Jade who was great at keeping me motivated even in the early morning - with my PT sessions I have put on over 6kg of muscle mass too!

Super welcoming team!
I am a relatively new gym-goer and I could not have asked for a more positive experience! The team at Energie Fitness Highbury have been super welcoming, encouraging, and overall amazing. I mostly attend classes in the evening (which are a great and convenient way to fit exercise in if you have a busy schedule). However, Energie Fitness also has a great variety of equipment to suit everyone's needs.
I would highly recommend Energie Fitness! It is a great gym and great value for money :)

I really like the non judgemental environment in this gym. It’s got a variety of equipment and lots of free space. The instructors are very helpful. All users are friendly

Very nice neighbourhood gym
Very nice neighbourhood gym with very efficient use of space. Ideal for daily use. The staff and people who manage the place are always around for a quick tip about the workout or any conversation. I can't exactly point out why, but the overall experience was welcoming and very homely. All the way from joining to daily usage. They are also very quick about any feedback the members give. Would highly recommend it.

New at the gym
I join the gym about 3 weeks ago. I go mostly around 11 am and is great time to be there, as is not too busy. Staff are very nice/friendly and everyone looks after the equipment that use, so I’ll say that everything is well cleaned and tidy.

One of the friendliest gyms I've ever…
One of the friendliest gyms I've ever joined! The staff make a real effort to make you feel welcome. Very well-equipped and very clean. Has a great community feel and is highly inclusive thanks to the lack of egos and unpleasantness you find at other gyms. All for a great price too!
