Experienced Sauna recently and loved it!

I love the place, everyone is very nice, but what I love the most are the yoga classes and the teacher Tracy ,she is great!

The gym is not my main fitness place. The staff in Hoddesdon are great and the equipment is all very good. The two negative points are it is too busy, but I appreciate it is a business. The second is gym etiquette, there is none. There are weights left on bars and free weights all over the floor. There are no signs asking them to be returned and the staff do not actively clear up setting an example

The whole time I was at the gym there was no staff around which I find very dangerous and unsafe incase something happened to a member.

I then went back another day and again there was no staff around the gym for most the time I was in there. Just before leaving I was approached by a staff member she had an attitude and was very rude when speaking I felt uncomfortable and like I was being told off and spoke down on, very patronising.

What a great find this place is. It’s really good value, lots of room, lots of equipment, friendly staff and very friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic Gym, Great staff, Couldn't ask for more. Would highly recommend this Gym for anyone's Fitness needs.

The team at this gym are amazing- all very helpful, fun and personable. Theres some great new kit that makes my workouts even better too. All in all coming to this gym is a great experience!

I’ve been going to Energie Fitness for 5 years now. When I first started I was so nervous and the thought of going into a gym petrified me.

I was made to feel so comfortable all the staff are so friendly and lovely so welcoming which I love especially when you’ve had a rubbish day I know when I go to the gym I’ll leave feeling great because of the workout and happy because of the staff and the friendly atmosphere that the gym provides.

Highly recommend this gym to anyone local ! Great price and a very warming welcoming atmosphere especially the new makeover lol

Great local gym, been a member for a long time now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Good range of equipment and staff are always so friendly and will stop for a chat if they can ☺️

I signed up because I was meant to be able to cancel at anytime but after trying unsuccessfully for the last 3 months for someone to get back to me and the manage my account on the website not working for that entire time. They have continued to take the money and do not respond to any emails don’t sign up here!

This is the best gym I have used in a long time. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They really make you feel comfortable and will always help with anything. The gym is also very clean and there are regularly cleaners on site. The price is also very reasonable and much cheaper than other gyms in the area. I would highly recommend.

It closes very early on the weekend and the instructors are paid.

Good gym, great location nice people.

However lift has never worked since I have been a member excluding disabled people from attending; this is discriminatory and probably breaking the law. The equipment is tired, I often only see staff in their office, not mingling with the patrons chatting, monitoring patrons and offering advice. weights are often left lying around by patrons which is a tripping hazard; if staff were "walking the floor" more then this could be avoided, the gym kept safe and tidy and unintended/intended mis use of equipment quickly identified/rectified, potentially avoiding injuries.

Nice gym with a good range of equipment and clean changing rooms. I would appreciate if a few more spare barbells and benches where made available

Gym has only 2 cable machines and one end is broken for over a week now. I would like to see at least one more cable machine and also fix the faulty one ASAP.

Nice atmosphere

The staff are so lovely and always willing to help you when needed….always feel comfortable walking in the gym and always clean

Helpful and friendly staff, lots of equipment (which are quickly fixed, if anything goes wrong) and a nice atmosphere.

If they put in more hooks on the walls for light clothing (I end up putting my sweatshirt on the floor) and they played music that appealed to a wider age range, I would give it 5 stars!
