Being charged for a gym I can’t use!
Froze my membership due to covid and the gym being closed, was still being charged 5 pound a month but was happy to pay it to keep my membership ticking over. Then out of the blue I receive an email saying the cost of my membership is being increased to 29.99. I tried to freeze or cancel the membership but it will not let me do anything as the payment is already processing! No answer at the gym or any other number I can find online, completely stuck into a payment I no longer want to make! Awful experience that still needs sorting.

This gym is extremely excellent…
This gym is extremely excellent predominantly for personal usage of fitness and exorcise. I highly recommend energie fitness to friends and family. The staff are warm and welcoming and have a major positive impact on all members of the gym. The machines that I use in the gym bring me self joy and helps to increase my self esteem levels, a sauner inside of the energie fitness gym would possibly help also. I love energie fitness gym

Basic but clean
Good size gym but only 1 squat rack is disappointing. Also no basic equipment like skipping ropes or resistance band or plyometric boxes. Basic gym but in good condition.

Friendly staffs
Friendly staffs. Nothing bad to say about the gym. Although we could do with more equipments, I do sometimes miss my old gym when it comes to equipment but the friendly and wonderful staffs makes that feelings go away..... WONDERFUL bunch of people..

I honestly would recommend this gym to…
I honestly would recommend this gym to anyone.
Its not over big but has adequate equipments for weight training and cardio workouts.
Its lovely to see it so mixed with both males and females. Being a female, you dont feel out of place or in 'men's territory'.
The staff / trainers are amazing. I mainly do classes with Jo (she is so lovely) and Karim (he really is brill and funny). Rowelle and Cleb are also fab trainers but be prepared with Rowelle. He is tough but damn good.
The members are very nice. We share tips and help each other out on with the equipments. Its like a little family.
I have never joined a gym before and was very nervous at first but was soon relaxed by the warm faces of Rowelle and Clem upon registration.
If anyone is looking for a reasonable size gym with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. It has to be this one.

Like the place and the people in there.
I still think they need to add one or two extra equipments but it’s good anyway.
