Love this gym, as soon as I stepped in for the first time last September I knew it was the one for me the staff are amazing and so patient thank you everybody
I was advised not to join because the sauna will never be sorted, the showers are temperamental, and the staff care more about signing people up to their PT classes than actually looking after... Voir plus

Sydney’s Boxing Classes Are Top-Notch
I joined the gym about a month ago and have done a couple of boxing sessions with Sydney. She’s is really good, knowledgeable and makes the class really enjoyable. I’ve loved the sessions and definitely plan to keep going. Highly recommend Energy Fitness Hyde and Sydney as a PT!

Great gym friendly staff
I started at the gym 12 months ago after a back injury I had zero confidence as i'd never used a gym before . I Started with a PT Niall to show me how to use the equipment and what exercises were best for me to help with my rehabilitation. I soon got into going on my own as i felt comfortable in doing so ... I then noticed that a member of the team had started up kick boxing classes , I started with Luca 10 months ago , its a great cardio work out, great fun and a lot of laughs . The gym is clean and the staff are lovely.

Luca - fab instructor
My son has been having sessions with Luca for a month now twice a week in boxing and has absolutely loved it. His fitness levels are lots better and his skills in boxing are really improving. Luca has been really patient with him.
Thank you.. the gym facilities are fab too. The value for money is fab too. 👌.

Recently joined the gym and have been having group PTs with Charlotte M. She’s engaging, encouraging but most of all funny which makes working out so much easier. She’s really helped kickstart my fitness journey 😁

Charlotte leech the personal trainer is…
Charlotte leech the personal trainer is amazing. I do 1-1 boxing with her and she really knows her stuff. She does a different session with me each week and really pushes me the right way! She really understands her clients and how to get the best out of them. Highly recommended.

Amazing Gym
Have been a member of the gym for a few years now but only started going consistently over the past few months.
All the staff are super friendly and helpful.
Have done a few social events at the gym, brunch and boot camp with Sydney and a walk round Dovestones with Charlotte. Both really good and a fun way to get to know new people.
Overall 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the classes and the instructors…
I love the classes and the instructors specifically Evie. She conducted the class for today and it was amazing. I burned fats and definitely my legs were shaking because of multiple squats🫣. Love all the instructors in this gym. Also, thank you to our instructor in kickboxing (Luca) and hatton boxing (Niall) , both are amazing and I love attending their classes☺️

Amazing boxing instructor
I started boxing with Charlotte around 3 months and haven’t looked back since. The difference in my health, fitness and stature has changed so much for the better. I enjoy the exercise but also our chats. Charlotte is very friendly and really makes me feel like I’m doing well and pushes me when i want to give up.

Excellent Gym
Excellent Gym, staff are very friendly and always around to assist if needed.
A good selection of classes, some boxing focused but not all.
A great range of price points too and payment options too.
Would highly recommend.

I have been a member at the gym now for…
I have been a member at the gym now for over 12 months. Not only has my experience at the gym, made me feel physically stronger but thanks to the support from Charlotte Leech and the team it has helped improve my wellbeing, even on the days I need to push myself a little harder, I always leave feeling revitalised. The team are so supportive and knowledgeable and know exactly how to adapt sessions to suit my needs. I’m really grateful that I pushed myself to give it a go. Thanks team EFRH x
