I was advised not to join because the sauna will never be sorted, the showers are temperamental, and the staff care more about signing people up to their PT classes than actually looking after... Voir plus

Love it here, even more so now they have made space for the sled and wall balls.
I do a lot of my training with Adam he always keep things interesting so you don’t always feel like you are doing the same exercises. You can tell alot of thought goes into his sessions. Evie is the biggest ball of energy you will ever wish to meet she has a smile of her face and always happy to help.

Ever since joining the gym it’s been a…
Ever since joining the gym it’s been a refreshing start to my fitness journey! Sydney my personal trainer has helped me develop in boxing and fitness. I’ve always enjoyed the aspect of boxing and asked Sydney if we could work mainly on pad works, and cardio. My endurance has increased and also my boxing IQ has improved immensely! I can’t thank her enough and most importantly, thank you for always pushing me beyond my expectations of myself. I feel more confident and happy to be part of such a lovely group of people at the gym.

lovely gym , friendly atmosphere had some PT sessions with Charlotte Moores very knowledgable and helpful understood health and age issues highly recommend her and this gym , they have some really good classes for all levels too .

I’ve had 2 & 1/2 years out the gym due…
I’ve had 2 & 1/2 years out the gym due to kids & finally took the plunge to get back into PT with Charlotte Leech. We’re 4 sessions in & I already feel so much better physically & mentally & this is down to her! She pushes me extremely well and gives me so much good advice around technique during the session. Absolute credit to the gym.

Evie Wilkinson PT
I’ve been training with Evie for just over a month now and she’s honestly given me a new lease of life, she’s made me actually enjoy going to the gym! Not only does she push me to my limits in the gym she also pushes me outside of the gym! mentally and physically I’m already seeing the changes. I can’t thank her enough for giving me that motivation and pushing me whilst also being a friend and someone to have a laugh with!

I have been having sessions with Evie Wilkinson PT who is great! She is always pushing me and tailoring my plan in ways that suit me. She is also very friendly and I enjoy my sessions with her. I would highly recommend Evie to anyone looking for a PT.

Great gym, classes and staff ! I reccomend Adam for a PT but all classes are great . I would say they're better than Pure Gyms
