Energie Fitness - Lincoln Avis 

just a really lovely community with lots of equipment and massive space. there is a back room that can be used but often there are classes in there which can be a bit annoying when i want to do a warm up but there is still space outside which is nice. sometimes the staff are difficult to catch as they aren’t always at the desk when they’re supposed to be. however, it is a great gym with great people!

Excellent gym, with consistently helpful and friendly staff. I go mainly for the classes and always find them very useful - Gus’s are SO tough, but rewarding. Two things: the app never shows who is actually taking the class (which seems odd). And I’m the classes the music is often too loud so it’s impossible to hear what we are meant to do! But overall a huge thumbs up from me!

Good monthly price and easy access with a lot of equipment but many machines are broken or in disrepair and have been for some time, with no signage to indicate it is broken. Classes are regular and are good. Overall reasonable gym but nothing special.

I joined energie fitness as a cheaper option compared to yarbough a few months back and I am not disappointed the staff are so friendly and the other customers are helpful and friendly too it’s very spacious and I would recommend energie to anyone who’s looking to begin a gym journey or even swap like I did. The 24 hour aspect is what I was looking for as I work up until around 10/11pm so it’s convenient for after work or even early in the morning. The gym is fully equipped and very clean everytime I visit couldn’t thank the staff enough for making the experience 10.

Good equipment availability across all cardio exercises but the shower/toilet facilities are awful.

Cleaning needs some attention

Enjoying the varied classes, feeling like being encouraged to push myself that bit further. Great instructors!

When things break down they are either taken away and not replaced or left their out of order. On a Sunday there is only one toilet that doesn't lock which is also the disabled toilet which is illegal and noone works there to talk to about it.

I’ve been coming to energie fitness for nearly a month now. All in all the place is great, the staff are friendly the facility’s are good and the gym is always tidy. The only reason this is not a five star is because some of the machines don’t have weight sizes on them, also it could have a few different machines. This is not a big deal though as we can compromise and use one of the other great machines.

Rejoined after a number of years off, loving the high energy morning classes, could do with a yoga/Pilates/stretch class during the day too - #hopeful

The staff are really polite and helpful and also they can give you great advise on how you can reach or should I say accomplish your target and goal

Staff can be quite rude and the trainers when doing the classes are rude and don’t make you feel comfortable if you are struggling in the class

Really great gym almost everything I like wish there was a abb machine and a bit more room but others than that excellent

Whilst I enjoy attending this gym, the equipment is quite old and you can definitely tell. The whole place needs an update, especially the weights in the floor area. The machines all seem to be missing really small parts too. I would have appreciated student discount as well but for some reason this gym doesn’t do it. The one in Lincoln City Centre does though.

This is by far the best gym in Lincoln, very friendly staff who are always on hand to help and give advise where needed. Great range of equipment and facilities. Really welcoming and friendly atmosphere which made me feel less nervous about joining!

Cheap and cheerful gym toilets always smell so reluctant to use them and the showers

It's a great gym with classes run by a friendly and helpful team. However I do find the gym is over cluttered with equipment which makes it difficult for space and walking around. There are not enough spaces to do stretches or mat work when a class is running so you can't always do a full workout.
