Energie Fitness - Palmers Green Avis 

It’s been great - I do Pilates yoga and kettlebells. The trainers have all been really attentive and encouraging.

My only criticism is that the room downstairs where we do yoga sometimes really smells stuffy especially when the classes are one after the other. A plug on freshener might help.

Great staff and very good choice of classes.

I have been in this Gym (Palmers Green branch) for over 1 year.
Then when I decided to have a break. I give them notice for 10 days that I am leaving.

They unfairly charged me another 1 month despite I requested to be cancelled with 10 day’s notice.

And I am on uncommitted membership that mean I can leave any time.

Please stay away from this Gym, there is a lot of good gym and good service around that area.

Ive been a member since this opened and it’s amazing! Miss J and Yusef tho but all the other staff are lovely too. Good vibes and a friendly environment 😀🔥

Great customer service, very friendly staff that we’re willing to help out with whatever. Great equipment too overall had a brilliant experience.

I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere

Only issue so far is that it can get mega busy making it hard to access some equipment. This is a small issue though, and staff all seem great and gym has everything you need!

The gym its very nice and the staff aswell so friendly, but I think you are closing the gym so early , I mean you have to close it more late some days because are to many people's there and we not have time to do exactly the exercises because we have to wait someone to finish and the time gone 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very impressed with this gym. I can’t wait to attend. The layout is fantastic. I felt so comfortable attending and joining especially as a big women! The personal trainer Nicholas Evagora really stood out for me and showed me around the gym at no charge. I’m really grateful for this gym.

At first, I was really worried about walking into the gym as I’m not in shape and very self conscious of my weight. However after having two babies, I have to be kind to my body!

Really enjoy both Angie and Angela’s classes. Good choice of different classes available. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and make you feel so welcome.

I’ve recently signed up to the gym and think it’s fantastic. The staff are always welcoming and friendly greeting you on arrival.
I love how quiet the gym is and that you can always get on the desired equipment even if a member is on the equipment you’d like to use they’re usually considerate and never hog it.
The gym is always spotlessly clean with the employees working hard regularly cleaning.
The only downfall for me is that I
personally am unsatisfied by the showers. They are very poor as they never stay on and the water just trickles out. A lot of gyms supply hairdryers and Énergie unfortunately doesn’t.

Staff are kind and helpful, the gym is fairly clean.
However, plates and dummbells are always all over the place, members don't replace them on the regular basis. It is frustrating to start a workout packing away after others on regular basis. In busy hours minimal equipment selection doesn't facilitate a convenient workout.
This gym is for hobby trainers only, would not recommend for someone who is into serious, competitive training!!!!

Great gym and the wonderful staff like Tracey and Tunj Uchan always make my visits to the gym a pleasurable experience.

The staff have been lovely. Especially Tracy Parry who was polite and delivered excellent customer service.
