Joined a month ago and extremely helpful and friendly staff especially 'Steve Abbey' who took time to listen to our reasons for joining and what we wanted to achieve.
He went through individual machines demonstrating and making sure we were confident in using them correctly. He then set us a program which included floor and weight exercises which he also showed us. At the end he wrote listed them all and put in a clear wallet for us to have to hand each time we visit and will regularly ask how we are getting along and if ok with everything.

Don’t really do many reviews, but I needed to make the time to do this one. I have been attending classes at Énergie Fitness Scunthorpe for approximately 7 weeks now. I do on average 7 classes per week so see a diverse range of styles, classes, and instructors. I have to say that I cannot fault the place at all! I was wary when I first went as I am not the fittest, plus I was joining on my own. I have been made to feel welcome by the staff, instructors, other members, and management. I haven’t been on the equipment side of things, but there’s a vast amount of equipment and machines, and I wouldn’t hesitate to partake, if that’s what I wanted. The place itself is spotless. It’s a superb gym where you can chat, have a giggle, get fit, and get some good information. I actually love going to the gym now! Well done all at Scunthorpe, you’ve got my vote 👏

I enjoy this gym however there are a few minor issues. Sometimes ther is a lack of cleaning products and clothes ,(you have to walk around searching ).the showers on a couple of occasions have had no hot water .while the app is a great idea the live capacity is not very accurate as the entry system is hit and miss with letting people in through exit etc.

always feel comfortable at the gym, always clean, and very hygenic, personal trainers available also. there is also tanning beds and a bodytrax machine, which is great for tracking your journey

Very friendly staff who are more than happy to help with any query. Equipment is excellent and well set out. Was perfectly happy for me to have a tour around the gym with them before I made a decision about joining or not and I’m very pleased I did. Well worth the money for a good clean gym.

Great gym never feel pressured there the staff are friendly helpful always on hand to help you, great set set up and atmosphere.

Really enjoy going there and would recommend this gym to anyone,shower facilities bare good with clean changing rooms and loads of lockers for storage

Really glad I’ve joined this gym. Have enjoyed so many fantastic classes - even some new ones. All the instructors are really nice and friendly and the whole experience is great - not at all intimidating as I had first feared. The cost is the lowest I’ve ever paid - what’s not to like!?

There is always plenty of staff around that are willing to help, happy and friendly.
This gym has a great atmosphere.
