A local gym to my office and home
A local gym to my office and home, it has great staff that always give a friendly welcome. generally the equipment is clean and tidy yet some simple things like cable attachments could do with refreshing and maintenance, a drop of oil would help as some squeak.
The gym has a large number of members and the only slight issue that can be off putting is the size of the changing rooms, I think a little more room would help. The Showers and Toilets could also do with a little more regular and detailed cleaning as a result.
I have been a member since it opened in the Town and I am likely to stay as It is good value and has all the Kit I need to train regularly.
Take a look I don't think you will be disappointed.

Been going to the gym for about six…
Been going to the gym for about six weeks now,and I’ve well and truly got the bug. Energie Fitness is always clean and the staff are all very friendly.

Staff very good
Staff very good, friendly and supportive. Only negative comment is that the male toilets are often dirty. Otherwise all positive.

Great gym. Love the fact they have a glute drive machine and stair master. Staff are all friendly and helpful. What great value membership too.

Equipment in poor fettle, most plates need replacing. Only one squat rack and one Bench.

Very good gym
Very good gym, staff friendly but younger ones tend to spend more time with friends in the gym. Engagement with all members would be better.
