This is a great gym. Shame some members don't clean the equipment after themselves. Always seems to be the same ones.

Otherwise very friendly and welcoming

I have joined a few weeks ago - I haven't been a gym member for more than a decade and am in my 50s so wanted somewhere that would make an out of shape, middle-aged person feel welcome and offer a range of options to start the long haul to get back into shape. Energie TW does this in spades - I've really enjoyed taking the leap to go back to a gym. There are free weights, running, rowing, cycling machines, multi-gym, areas to warm up and so on. It's never overcrowded, it's not a posers gym, people are friendly and there doesn't seem to be any 'judgement' going on - everyone minds their own business and there's a full range of ages so I'm not the only 50-something there. You can easily book any slot that suits and do your routine unobtrusively. Great value and will continue with them.

I have to say I was made to feel very welcome on my first visit to Energie. Charlotte took me around and talked through the various equipment and showed me how this worked. She later took time out to explain the various classes I could join should I want to and the PT sessions she and her colleagues provide. In the end I did sign up for sessions with her for the next month and after only one week already feel more vitalised with both the classes and her diet plan.

Joined recently and am very happy. Staff are very attentive and helpful, the equipment has everything you need and all in good working order, gym is kept clean and tidy, it's not ridiculously busy, and best of all no gym posers, so being a slightly overweight middle-aged woman, I feel completely comfortable working out there.

All equipment you need in a very generous space. The staff are very nice and it does never seem too busy. The price is also very good.

Joined the gym about a month ago, really like the friendly atmosphere down there and the yoga classes are top.

Everytime I have attended the gym I have always felt welcomed and able to workout without any problems, also knowing i have help there if needed from very friendly staff:)

It is the end of my second week at the gym. Really enjoying the gym the staff are really friendly and helpful. The other gym goers are really friendly. The facilities suit my needs very well. Overall I am really pleased that I joined

Joined Tunbridge Wells gym a couple of months ago. They really are the friendliest gym! Not intimidating at all. As soon as you walk through the door you’re greeted with huge smiles and everyone is genuinely happy to help! I love it.

Only joined in July so have been training at énergie for about a month absolutely love it !!! Great atmosphere in the gym and the staff are friendly and knowledgable would highly recommend énergie fitness

Friendly gym, good equipment

I have been to other gyms over the years and none have been as relaxed and friendly as energie fitness. The staff are friendly and helpful and the equipment is clean and well maintained. The other gym users are friendly and helpful and I would recommend anyone to come and workout here.

Loving being back at the gym. Put on weight during lockdown. Found out have a couple of health issues. Staff could not have been more helpful. Loads of advice and inspiration as well as a free PT session. The first few weeks have given me the confidence to realise I can reach my health goals. Really happy!

amazing staff, very friendly, always happy to answer any question you have and always happy to help, huge choice of equipment :) this gym has helped me overcome a big fear i had with in a matter of a week!

Really friendly and helpful staff that are always on hand to offer advice if needed. Working hard to be compliant with covid rules while still maintaining a nice atmosphere. Good range of machines, even if the gym is fairly small, and the price is really reasonable!

Great gym, nice and friendly. The online classes have considerably helped me through the lockdowns, with many at 30 mins fit easily into a busy day. Main complaint at the moment is the updated app whcih now makes booking classes and adding these to my diary a much more cumbersome and paintstaking process. Cannot qwait until I can get back to the actual gym.
