Lucy left, lost my money
Lucy the manager is very approachable and friendly happy to talk to you about anything, nice, clean and friendly place to go. Until they took money for a month that was meant to be frozen, I ask for a refund but the gym had closed and trying to call energy fitness was practically impossible, Lucy has left the gym has been reopened under someone else and my refund isn't their problem apparently. I won't be using energy fitness again.

I feel very safe at the gym
I feel very safe at the gym. Everyone seems to abide by the rules, masks, cleaning machines, following floor markings. The staff ensure rules are followed. They clean machines to keep us safe.

Would recommend
Very helpful and friendly staff. Great classes available. Some of the equipment does need abit of maintenance, and maybe longer opening hours at the weekend - or I would of given a 5 star.

Great classes and helpful staff🌟
I have been a member of energie for a while now because of their reasonable prices and convenient opening times. Before lockdown I would have phases of visiting the gym to use the free weights and cardio machines. The equipment was always in good condition, yet after a few sessions I would loose motivation. Post lock down i have started attending some regular spin and LBT classes. Definitely the motivation I've been looking for! Great, enthusiastic instructors who actually get involved which is a massive plus compared to lots of other gyms I've been a member at. The staff are always floating around the gym and helping where they can which is lovely to see. From going to the classes and getting to know the staff I now feel confident they would support me on the gym floor if needed! Can't wait to try more classes and improve my fitness moving forward!
