I love this gym. Really good facilties, lovely helpful staff, bright and cheerful atmosphere. I feel inspired every time I come here.

The staff are always so welcoming
The staff are always so welcoming, supportive and chatty. If you haven’t been to the gym for a while they will call and check to see you’re ok etc. but great atmosphere, great team of staff

Been going for a time now
Been going for a time now, I really like the space, there is a huge a list of gear to choose from and the staff are very helpful. A few times I’ve asked for help using a new machine and all the staff know what they’re doing.

Great gym in Winchester!
When I was looking for gyms in Winchester, I looked round Energie and they were really welcoming and showed me around before I signed up! As a gym, the equipment is great, and if there’s something you don’t know how to use, the amazing, friendly staff will show you! Couldn’t recommend it more!

the gym is not bad
the gym is not bad, but changing rooms and showers are closed from 8 pm to 6 am and at the weekend from 3 pm is very strange, nowhere else have I come across such rules. Only one disabled toilet remains open, in which there is a shower, but if someone uses it, the gym is automatically left without a toilet for other users. I've seen replies from staff saying it's for safety reasons but it doesn't seem realistic to me, practically all 24h gyms in Southampton have access to changing rooms and showers. I think it's more about keeping clean and saving on cleaning companies.

Hi Darek. Thanks for your feedback. It's company protocol around 24 hour operating procedures to close our group changing rooms over night this is due to health and safety reasons. If you would like a chat please stop by the office on your next visit!

Nice gym
Nice gym, friendly and helpful staff. There is plenty equipment and it's easy to find everything. I would say it lacks sanitisers around the gym and some of the bikes are a bit loose when used.
