A well equipped club with a good team…
A well equipped club with a good team who are always on hand to help. The only issue is the club can be pretty busy alot of the time meaning it's hard to access the equipment you want.

We know it can get busy (we love being popular) and have reduced the number of people that can be in at one time.

It’s a good gym!
The people that work here are really nice, and the gym itself isn’t too bad. They have the basic equipment you need and then some. The only thing is its just a little too small and having 50+ people at the same time gets really crowded. Wish they would have a limit of 30 people an hour inside. Other than that, I like it.

We currently have a maximum capacity of 44 people and we monitor this with our booking system. This is a number we have chosen to ensure social distancing and also health and safety guidelines for the space.

Really helpful and welcoming staff
Really helpful and welcoming staff and a wide range of clean, well maintained equipment. The only reason I have knocked off a star is that some equipment is set up so high that even at 5'5" I can't reach it, for example: pull up bars and lat pulldown machines.

The gym is nice but too busy
The gym it’s self is nice with good equipment. Clean and tidy but it’s too busy meaning most things are in use constantly and for the a people in there the space isn’t big enough. I struggled to get any full work out done or had to change what I had planned as it just want possible with that many people there!
I’ve opted for the prices so I can do yoga classes ect but there aren’t any to book at the moment.
I’ll be changing gyms as I’ve lost enthusiasm to go knowing it just too busy all the time.

Sorry to hear that you feel the club is to busy when you have come in. The first week of course was busier than normal as people were eager to get back in. This has now started to settle as people are finding their routines and times that work. Generally between the hours of 16:30-19:30, there is a rise in attendance and this has always been the case not only here, but in all gyms. We do have a max capacity of 44, which is well under what we could cater for.
With the current guidelines, we aren't allowed to do indoor classes and hoping that from 17th May we will be able to do so. We have put on a selection of classes that we are doing outside until then.
We have been trying to call to discuss further and will try again

The gym is amazing and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Welcoming gym for first timers
First time I’ve joined the gym, and couldn’t be more impressed. Extensive range of high quality equipment including cardiovascular and conditioning. All staff and PTs experienced and welcoming and there to give good advice. Extremely good value. For a novice like me, I feel like I’m in safe hands!!

This gym has not only helped me physically, but also mentally. The gym has all the equipment I need to improve my body and more! The equipment isn’t the only thing that’s great, so are the staff they’re always willing to help.

Above and beyond
Energie fitness have gone above and beyond during this lockdown. The daily online classes are brilliant and there is so much choice. I have got into a nice routine with my favourites. The on demand classes are also great and perfect if you miss an online class. In addition I have learned how to squat properly and picked up loads of tips on nutrition etc. Amazing value for money. Well done guys.

Some equipment is very worn out. You need more mats to work out on as the two is very limited during peak times.

Loving having the gym open,staff are good,some really good and more engaging than others .must be careful not to form a clique with people their own age.one of my pet hates is dropping weights but because of their age (and exuberance) this is increasing with no one stepping in to stop this . Anyway had my moan but soooo happy to be back
