Welcoming gym poor changing facilities.
A welcoming gym with great exercise facilities plenty of room except the (male) changing rooms. Far to small not enough lockers not enough seating.

A welcome gym for Winchester
I don’t have a lot of experience of gyms but this one suits my needs
Good variety of equipment and classes
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable
I haven’t given 5 stars because
I am surprised by number of clients who don’t take hygiene seriously in the gym and changing facilities and I feel staff could be more proactive in promoting self responsibility

Definitely Worth Considering
Friendly gym in an open and airy space with lots of equipment. I like having the classes included in my membership - and an app makes it really easy to book/or cancel classes.
Was not expecting much when I first ventured up their stairs but was very pleasantly surprised when I got to the top and saw the gym.

I love coming to Energie Fitness, I come pretty much every day and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The gym has a nice atmosphere and the classes are great.

Great gym with lots of equipment. Have used most gyms in my town (Winchester) and this one has everything you need. Staff members are always super friendly.

Best gym in Winchester
Everyone at énergie Fitness are really friendly and helpful. Loads of equipment (plus always new kit being added) and the staff are always around to help. Would highly recommend to anyone for value for money & service!

Lovely place
Lovely place, very friendly staff who are happy to help should you want to ask them anything. And they always say hi everyone you arrive, makes me want to keep coming back to the place. Good equipment, and providing you don't go at 5pm there's always enough space for you to do your thing.
