Energie Fitness - Wolverhampton Avis 

The area manager at this gym Ravi Rawji has truly destroyed the vibe of this once welcoming gym to a point of no return. I have an extremely good rapport with the welcoming and friendly staff members but Ravi is so jealous of this healthy relationship that he has nothing better to do but try and break it.

He loiters around the reception just to eavesdrop on our normal friendly conversations. Stares at us in an intimidating fashion and shouts at us for having a brief friendly conversation when the gym is quiet and work has been complete. One of the workers who works at the gym is Ravi's number one bullying target. This is such a shame given this workers hard working, polite and humble nature. I can visibily see his stress and his once bubbly personality fade away completely, he is powerless in the situation because Ravi is manager. What Ravi says goes even if it is completely unlawful and illogical.

I guess that just sums up Ravi though... He is an illiterate, illogical manipulative power seeking control freak with the biggest ego ever (way bigger than his calves). This is a real shame, I'm genuinely hurt to see my friend be a victim to the spineless and calfless man. Ravi is also highly inappropriate in the way he acts around and with women but I won't go into too much detail as that topic will be disclosed to all soon enough. Don't think you can just get away with what your doing Ravi, we back the good people, your bad deeds will be exposed.

Energie Gym has great facilities and, by far, is one of the better gyms around. The equipment is well maintained, and the overall environment is great for training. However, it’s a shame the way the gym is run. The staff work incredibly hard and are dedicated to keeping everything running smoothly, yet it feels like their efforts often go unrecognised. A gym’s success isn’t just down to one manager! it’s a whole team effort, and that should be acknowledged.

The staff should be treated with the utmost respect, as they are the welcoming faces you see when you arrive at the gym. Their hard work and dedication deserve proper recognition, not just a random meal for half the members to attend. A simple ‘thank you’ and genuine appreciation would go a long way.

It’s disappointing, to be honest, because this place has so much potential. I really hope this matter is addressed properly. Once it is, I’d have no hesitation in giving this gym a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Terrible gym, was brilliant when the old manager was in charge but this Ravi guys is absolutely awful runs the place and staff like it’s an army barracks, the owner needs to sort his shit out the blind bat, oh and to top it all off the owner and manger write fake reviews and emails to make themselves look good.

I really enjoy going to this gym! The facilities are top-notch, always clean, and equipped with everything I need for a great workout. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff make it even better. They’re incredibly welcoming and supportive, always ready to help with advice or encouragement. It’s a place that genuinely motivates me to keep coming back and reach my fitness goals. Highly recommend! Jahmelia, Jet & Maarcus are lovely staff!

Came in on a day pass at energie and I can honestly say it was such a vibe. However, my only concern is I recognise the general manager from previous gyms which has put me off a little bit due to his demeanour around the gym. All in all good gym, friendly PTs great atmosphere just this was a bit of a downside for me.

I had a boxing class today with Ravi, I have never done boxing before and was nervous.

He was amazing with me and gave me so much support and encouragement, he is truly and amazing instructor, he had a lot of patience with me, nothing was too much trouble for him and genuinely cared for me

Really impressed with this gym, my overall experience since joining has been amazing, they have a app to motivate you and track your progress which encourages you to improve, the staff are great the gym is clean and tbh people who come here are friendly so overall the atmosphere is good, I have attended early morning which is ok afternoons are just perfect evenings can get busy, just be aware the parking is 3 hours free so clock your time if you intend to do a few hours training N shower N get ready, although 3 hours is plenty, spin classes are my favourite, great fat burn, looking forward to try other classes, enjoying the experience as a few of my friends also joined which makes workouts more fun and love pushing each other. As a wow member enjoying the extra perks.

Great gym for general fitness maintenance. The introduction of the new manager, Rav has been a great addition to the team. An improvement in gym cleanliness and etiquette is immediately apparent with Rav's approach of leading by example. Good to see appropriate management of a fine Gym is now in place.

Always people around to help, loads of different classes and staff are very helpful and friendly! Very clean gym and great showers

Jahmelia is everything I was looking for in a personal trainer. From the second I walked into the gym she made me feel incredibly welcome by showing me around and making sure I knew the different equipment available. As someone who struggled in the past with not being confident and comfortable enough in gym environments I've been so happy and motivated every time I come to workout. Jahmelia really is a credit to the gym and I'm so grateful to have her on this journey.

Pros:
Smaller, quieter gym where the staff actually get to know you.
All the staff are helpful and friendly
The classes I have tried are good quality (fighting fit and HIIT)
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Showers are private booths so you can get changed in privacy, which is a nice bonus.
Mornings are usually very quiet

Cons:
As a smaller gym, in peak times it can be a bit hard to get time on the machines you want
In peak times the men’s showers get into a bit of a state.

It’s not a huge con, but it’s not 24 hour if you’re looking for that. I don’t need 24 hour so it works for me.

Best gym I've been to, as soon as I walked in for my trial I felt comfortable, friendly staff to welcome and the pure vibe of the place is motivating alone, excellent layout makes the experience so much easier , all equipment works perfectly and the choice of machines and free weights is brilliant, I feel in the short time I've been a member I've upped my training and I seeing and feeling results already!!

Friendly atmosphere helpful staff first class would recommend to everyone

The staff are friendly and helpful. Equipment is in great condition. Car park facilities are very good. Good atmosphere to train in.
Changing rooms could be bigger and better showers.
Possibly open 24hrs as other gyms.

The gym is brilliant one of the best ive been to..equipment state of art good atmosphere personal trainers there are very helpful and pleasant always on hand to help and give advice changing rooms are clean and showers private and clean opening times brilliant just one thing missing for me on a personal note no pool but if a pools not for you then you defo got a perfect gym
