I had a great experience with this Jay Oliver. From the start, he was very friendly and approachable, which immediately put me at ease. He really listened to exactly what I wanted and outlined in clear and simple terms what he needed from me in order to achieve it.

Most importantly, his communication was excellent throughout the whole process. He was always reachable, promptly answering my calls and emails, and he continually reassured me at every stage. I could tell he genuinely had my best interests at heart, which gave me complete confidence moving forward.

I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.
